The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials needed to cook an array of meals whilst away in Chester. There is a gas hob, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave & washing machine.

There is one bathroom in the property which is equipped with a toilet, sink and bath with overhead shower.



PARKING:

The property benefits from FREE on-street parking outside the house, you can also park on any nearby streets.

Getting Around:

When getting from the property to Chester, as with any city, it’s always best to go in by foot as finding parking can always be a struggle.



Luckily for you, the property is in the ideal location and parking can be found as per the check-in instructions.



Just park up, leave your car there and stroll into the beautiful city that is Chester. Chester also has a great taxi service if you're looking to go further afield.

HOUSE RULES: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING



*No Parties or Events Allowed

This property is strictly not suitable for parties. Any breach will result in immediate removal by security with no refund. Your Airbnb deposit may be used to cover associated removal and damages.



*Quiet Hours After 10PM

This is a peaceful residential area. Please respect quiet hours from 10PM onwards.



*No Smoking Indoors: £1000 Fine

Strict no-smoking policy inside the property. If smoking is detected, a £1000 charge will be applied via Airbnb to cover deep cleaning and damage.



*Noise & Air Monitoring in Place

Loud music, smoking indoors, or any sign of parties will trigger our monitoring systems and lead to instant removal without refund.



*Stays Over 10 Nights

Stays over 10 nights require additional housekeeping for an £95 extra fee per week. If unpaid, the booking will be reduced to a maximum of 10 nights.





*Online Check-In Required

To confirm your booking, the lead guest must complete our secure check-in form, agree to our T&Cs, and provide a valid UK photo ID or passport.



*Check-In/Out Policy

Early check-in: £20/half hour before stated time (if not pre-approved)

Late check-out (after 10AM): £20/half hour



*Security Deposit OR Damage Waiver

We require either:

A refundable security deposit of £250–£500 (depending on property size), OR

A non-refundable damage waiver of £50–£150 (depending on length of stay)

Location location

Location was pretty good and in a quiet neighbourhood.The heating setting took 24 hrs to master, after freezing for one day we had to put it on near constant to warm the place. A few teething issues but ok overall.

Pleasant stay

A comfortable property and fairly close to the centre. We noticed the seal on the door over the shower leaks onto the floor. Something that should be fixed before to long. Also the nettles and trees in the back garden need cut

The house was fine, clean and beds were comfortable. The boiler wasn't working when we arrived and had to be refilled which was quite complicated. One of the bedroom doors had a faulty handle which was problematic as we couldn't close that door and keep young children from accessing the stairs. There wasn't any dishwasher tablets, oil or salt and pepper, and I would expect just the very basics when a kitchen is provided. The communication with the managing company was unpleasant from the beginning unfortunately, and I wouldn't stay at another property with this management.
