Luxury house with large terrace and sea view

The house is on two levels and spaces are distributed as follows:

- Upstairs: bright living-dining room, separate kitchen and bathroom.
- Downstairs: two bedrooms (4 people) with walk-in closet, and a second bathroom.

The first floor has also a spacious main terrace with sitting area overlooking the sea and an outdoor shower. All the amenities as washing machine and air conditioning are available. Two additional beds, with fold-out sofa are available if needed.
Local extra virgin oil and the first free entrance at the beach resort “Cinque Vele” is your welcome gift to our house.
The see is a few minutes away from the house and is accessible by foot. The beach is free, but nearby there are also others fully equipped with water games and seaside services.

San Gregorio is one of the last town of the Ionian coast, located on the western side of the Salento peninsula. It is a small, very quiet and uncrowned, beach town with two kiosks, mini-market, two bars and two restaurants serving fresh fish. Because of its morphology, the bay on which it stands, was once a natural harbor. The coast is spread around, alternating small rocky coves, stretches of fine white sand.

A few miles from San Gregory, there is Santa Maria di Leuca, very lively and busy harbor town.

Casa molto confortevole ed ampia in posizione strategica

Casa ampia, arredata con gusto, molto confortevole. La Si.gra .Rosaria è stata molto disponibile (check in alle 21:15).Apprezzabile la presenza di collegamento Internet (Linkem) e Tivusat. Bella la vista mare dalla terrazza. Casa ventilata. Parcheggio gratuito a pochi metri da casa (senza linee blu). Facile raggiungere comodamente a piedi la spiaggia di scoglio, oppure sabbia (Felloniche). La posizione strategica vicino a Santa Maria di Leuca permette di visitare sia la sponda ionica che adriatica.. Posto adatto per famiglie.

Uns hat es in dem Haus von Rosaria sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist in Wirklichkeit genau so schön wie auf den Fotos und sehr sauber! Die Lage ist wie beschrieben. Rosaria ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! In Apulien werden wir in Zukunft wieder unseren Urlaub verbringen.

Abbiamo trascorso delle bellissime vacanze. La villetta era perfetta. Ideale per quattro persone. Tutto corrispondeva alla descrizione. La villetta offre un soggiorno ottimale a pochi metri dal mare. La proprietaria la Signora Rosaria è una persona molto cordiale. Ritorneremo sicuramente. Bruno.

Villa et accueil à la hauteur de nos espérances!

Nous avons décidé de partir dans le Salento parce que c'est une région de l'Italie que nous ne connaissions pas encore. Nous sommes arrivés tardivement le samedi 15juillet 2017 : nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Rosaria et nous avons été rapidement rassurés car la villa était en parfaite adéquation avec les photos publiées sur le site. Marina San Gregorio est une station balnéaire idéale par rapport à nos attentes : petite plage rocheuse avec du sable, il y a des bars sympas, des restaurants, des animations locales, un petit supermarché. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'accès possible à pieds (environ 500mètres) de la villa à la plage. Marina San Gregorio est relié aux grands axes assez facilement, ce qui nous a facilité les déplacements vers Galipolli, Lecce, Alberobello; nous n'avons pas pu visité l'ensemble des sites à voir car nous ne sommes restés que 2 semaines : il est évident que nous reviendrons dans le Salento et notre choix de villa sera sans hésiter pour le logement de Rosaria, qui a été particulièrement attentionnée avec nous. Rosaria nous a par ailleurs fait découvrir les spécialités culinaires locales du Salento : du vrai bonheur ! Des vacances comme on les aime ! Isa Manu et les filles

tutto perfetto

Effettivanemente la casa è proprio come descritta, arredata con gusto e pulita. Piena di tutti i confort. Il terrazzo principale arredato finemente offre la possibilità di rilassarsi e godere di uno scorcio sul mare. La signora Rosaria premurosa e gentile è sempre dipsonibile ad ogni richiesta e spesso vi farà trovare qualche omaggio. certamente torneremo

LOCATION STRAORDINARIA

siamo una famiglia di 4 persone e devo dire che ce la siamo proprio goduta. L'appartamento e' molto confortevole, fresco (con aria condizionata nella sala dove necessita) , molto ampio e pulitissimo. Il posto e' strategico nel senso che permette di raggiungere a piedi sia la spiaggia di sabbia e sia lo scoglio basso dove l'acqua era cristallina. Inoltre e' tutto molto tranquillo e silenzioso, ideale per una vacanza all'insegna del relax. La proprietaria Sig.ra Rosaria e' stata molto gentile. Sicuramente da ritornarci. Grazie Sig.ra Rosaria.

Excellent home, exceptional owner

My husband and I stayed at Casa Spano for over 3 months, from June through to September. From my initial contact onwards, Rosaria could not have been more helpful. The house is very well presented, exceptionally clean and well equipped. If we needed anything, Rosaria was always available and responded very quickly. The location is ideal, a walk to a small choice of cafes, bars, restaurants. We loved San Gregorio, and in the busy summer weeks, were very glad that we chose this town, as although busy, not as crazy as elsewhere on the coast. We highly recommend this property.

Siamo un gruppo di 8 persone che abbiamo soggiornato dal 20 al 27 agosto in uno dei tanti appartamenti della Signora Rosaria, precisamente in "Casa Tramonto" devo dire che le foto che mi ha mandato la signora rispecchiano l'appartamento...come realmente è....comfortevole in tutti suoi lati...di una pulizia straordinaria, entrare e sentire il profumo di pulito... ti senti giá a casa tua...dentro c'è tutto dal micronde al frullatore alle pentole di tutti i tipi nuove e pulite...aria condizionata..lavatrice...un arredamento bellissimo curata in ogni particolare. Comodissimo l'esterno per mangiare e prendere il sole ...con poltrone ...vicinissimo al mare tanto è vero che si può raggiungere anche a piedi...dove potete trovare mare di scogli o di sabbia...un mare spettacolare. La signora Rosaria è di una disponibilità unica che ti sa indicare i posti da visitare o semplicemente dive mangiare una pizza o piatti tipici. Mi sono trovata benissimo che il prossimo anno ci tornerò di sicuro. Cristiana da Roma

casa bellissima e pulitissima

La casa è molto bella e ben rifinita e soprattutto pulitissima, dotata di ogni comfort: lavatrice, microonde, phon e (per chi avesse voglia di usarlo in vacanza ma non è il mio caso) c'è anche il ferro da stiro! La casa rispecchia fedelmente le foto dell'annuncio e Rosaria è molto simpatica e sempre disponibile. La spiaggia sia di scogli che di sabbia è agevolmente raggiungibile. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, grazie Rosaria!!

Confort,cortesia,e tutto il bello della Puglia

Casa molto confortevole e rifinita, con tutto l'occorrente per una vacanza senza pensieri (lavatrice,Phon, ferro da stiro).A 3/4 minuti a piedi dalla comoda insenatura di San Gregorio (scoglio) e a 10 mInuti di macchina dalle Maldive del Salento (Pescoluse). Località amena, ricca di ristorantini golosi. Rosaria, la proprietaria, efficiente e disponibile, oltre che simpatica! Una vacanza davvero piacevole!

Vacanza in Salento!!!!

casa fantastica, spaziosa e accessoriata la foto rende proprio l'idea del posto posizione comodissima e molto tranquilla in 100m si arriva direttamente al mare sia di scogli che di sabbia.. noi abbiamo scoperto la bellezza dello scoglio che supera di gran lunga la sabbia che pure è stupenda.. accolti molto bene da Rosaria che si è stata molto disponibile pero gni esigenza. da qui puoi raggiungere le mete più belle tranquillamente in macchina. Fam. Guerzoni ringraziamo ancora Rosaria per l'ospitalità e consigliamo a chi legge la casa.

Una permanenza meravigliosa!

Vacanza con due bambini di nove e sette anni. La casa è come viene descritta ed il colpo d'occhio quando ci siamo arrivati è stato sorprendente! Cura dei particolari, posizione abbastanza ottimale, tanto spazio fuori e dentro, ma soprattutto pulizia. La casa è posta nella parte alta di San Gregorio ed è collegata benissimo sia con la spiaggia di Felloniche che con la caletta di San Gregorio, cui si accede attraverso la scalinata che è a 50 metri dalla casa. Il posto è tranquillissimo e basta fare quattro passi per arrivare alla piazzetta centrale. Rosaria, la proprietaria, è gentile e disponibile. A lei va un grazie sentito per la piacevole vacanza trascorsa.

A great place, home and people

I stayed here with my Wife and baby boy out of season. Its a great location with a lovely local bar and small beach. The better 'Maldivian' beaches are a short drive away but far better to stay in San Gregorio where it is quiet and local with less touristic stuff. The owner is a lovely lovely woman and the house and balcony are perfect. I was amazed at just how clean the place was, incredible and the beds were wonderful. Clean clean clean. Cannot recommend hghly enough and will be back

Splendida!

Bellissima esperienza in Salento. Esattamente come da descrizione fornita dalla proprietaria Sig.ra Rosaria (persona squisita e disponibile ma molto discreta): di recente ristrutturazione, ben arredata e con ampie camere e spazi per deposito abiti, ottimamente pulito. Un particolare vanto sono gli spazi esterni che dovrebbero essere quelli più sfruttati: 2 belle terrazze, una più per pranzare con distaccato spazio per stendere ad esempio gli asciugamani al rientro dal mare (o altri abiti visto che c'è anche la lavavatrice) con possibilità anche di sciacquarsi dalla sabbia visto che c'è una doccia esterna (molto comoda se si hanno bambini); l'altra terrazza più ampia è più propensa al relax serale o ad un'ottima colazione in tranquillità. Nelle vicinanze spiagge libere ma servite sia di sabbia che di scogli, quindi comode senza necessitare dell'auto che dovete parcheggiare in zona a pagamento perchè rare le zone libere (4 euro giornaliero: pagate perchè gli ausiliari del traffico sono molto presenti!). Consiglio di visitare anche zone limitrofe con spiagge e mare davvero spettacolare. La zona è ben servita da negozio alimentare, bar, edicola, ristoranti, ecc.. Concludendo quindi... vivamente consigliato!
