Archi-hus på 180m2, 3 sovrum med dubbelsäng, 2 toaletter, 1 badrum, 1 duschrum, en matsal med fullt utrustat amerikansk kök med utsikt över poolen och gynnas av stora och stora bildfönster , ett vardagsrum med en takhöjd på 3,5 m med utsikt över poolen också; en TV-lounge med en yta på 27 m2 utrustad med en bäddsoffa som rymmer 2 personer. Antalet sängkläder är 8 personer
Trädgården är 3000m2 med en 4X11 meter stor pool och en stor 150m2 terrass. Sola ligger runt poolen för att vila.

Tolles Haus

Wenn man gerne für sich sein möchte, dann ist man hier richtig. Das Haus bietet jeden Komfort und ist perfekt für Hundehalter. Eine Bäckerei, ein Metzger, ein Restaurant sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Mit dem Auto ist man in weniger als 20 Minuten in Bordeaux.

Great location and house

Enjoyed our stay. Accessible to so many great things in the region. Easy to get to Bordeaux itself and the wine region. Manager was nice and friendly. House was modern and kids loved the pool. Very enjoyable stay.

Bon séjour mais...

Nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir séjourner le temps d’un week-end de trois jours dans cette jolie maison d’architecte. Les photos correspondent bien à la réalité. Nous avons été accueillis par la femme de ménage qui nous a fait faire le tour du propriétaire. Très très belle décoration et très aéré. Nous étions 8 et tout le monde y trouvait son compte. Cependant, je trouve que niveau propreté, peut mieux faire. Nous avons tout de même passer 1 bonne heure à nettoyer après notre arrivée. Les surfaces de la cuisine et de la salle à manger n’étaient pas propre, nous avons nettoyé les murs des toilettes car il y avait des tâches... les canapés en tissus sont assez viellots et ne donne pas forcément envie de s'asseoir dedans! L’intérieur des rangements dans les chambres etaient sales et contenaient des déchets sûrement provenant des locataires précédents! Les rideaux étaient tachés! Et les baies vitrés magnifiques mais pas fonctionnelles! Impossible de les fermer à clés donc nous avons passé le w-e un peu «insecure»!!! La piscine nickel même si l’eau n’était pas aussi bleu que sur les photos. Les transat aussi sont à changer, ils sont écaillés! Donc voilà dans l’ensemble ça a ete mais il faudrait peut être penser à changer un peu le mobilier viellots et approfondir le nettoyage!

Vacances dans un endroit parfait

La maison et les alentours ont dépassé nos attente. Le jardin est magnifique et entièrement clos (idéal pour notre petit chien). L’endroit est calme, toutefois très proche de toutes commodités (boulangerie, resto et supermarchés). Bordeaux se trouve à 20 min. en voiture et aussi très central pour visiter la région. Nous conseillons vivement, endroit idéal. Nous y retournerons volontiers.

Failed to live up to the expectations created by the description

Firstly, the good stuff. The swimming pool and its surroundings are lovely. In addition, the property's owner is very responsive to emails and addresses most issues promptly. Sadly, however, there were too many of these that needed to be dealt with during the course of our stay. The single air-conditioning unit is unequal to the task of cooling such a large glass-fronted building, even in an average summer (which this was not). A portable unit was delivered in retail packaging for us to install, which was not something we really felt equipped to do while on holiday. Its use was also restricted to one room as it could not be moved downstairs. This meant that we had to eat, entertain ourselves and sleep in the one room, and at the peak of the heatwave ended up checking into a hotel in town. The sliding doors (apparently newly installed) got stuck, and in any case even once this was fixed the doors were secured only by Allen keys, causing security concerns. The washing machine had been left in a poor condition prior to our arrival and as a result tore holes in our clothes. (The owner paid for the damage caused and replaced the washing machine, but this was obviously not ideal on holiday). Other fixtures and bits of furniture are showing their age and the house in a poor decorative state of repair in some places. While we appreciated the owner's attempt to deal with some of the issues, overall, the house failed to live up to the expectations of a luxury holiday rental created by the description on this site and the amount charged for renting it.

Architektenhaus mit leichten Schönheitsmängeln

Vorab, meine Frau und ich haben unseren Aufenthalt im September genossen. Das Grundstück ist groß, überwiegend nicht einsehbar und umzäumt, - ideal um unseren Hund frei laufen zu lassen. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet und sehr komfortabel. Die großen Glasflächen bringen viel Licht ins Innere, führen aber auch den Nachteil mit sich, dass es im Haus sehr warm werden kann. Zwar hat der Besitzer vor den Glasscheiben Tarnnetze aufgehängt, diese zeigen aber wenig Wirkung. Das einzige im Haus installierte Klimagerät schaffte es dementsprechend auch nicht, die Temperatur im Gebäude entsprechend zu reduzieren. Das Elternschlafzimmer mit seinen beiden verglasten Aussenwänden war daher aufgrund der Hitze selbst im September nicht nutzbar. Wir sind letztlich auf eines der anderen Zimmer ausgewichen. Andere Aspekte, wie z.B. die ‚Sicherheitstechnik‘ haben wir eher mit Humor getragen.

Awesome house! Super relaxing stay. A real escape

We spent two weeks here in August 2018 and had a wonderful stay! The pictures of the house don't do it justice, the layout is really cool, all on one level (well with a couple of steps) there is a seperation between the 'living' area (kitchen, diner, lounge) and the bedrooms. Outside the pool is the centre piece it's a really good size, it provided us with hours of fun playing in the pool or lounging by it The LARGE garden (loads of space) is great for shade and playing around in. The kitchen is well equipped, the internet is good and there is a good selection of DVD's if you want to chill inside instead of out! Locally there is a bakery within a 2 minute walk, a supermarket is around 5-10 mins walk away. Getting into Bordeaux was also very easy (around 10-15 mins drive) so the home is a good base for Bordeaux and the surrounding areas (great beaches around 1hr drive). Axel was always quick to respond and very cool to deal with. All in we'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a super relaxing place to stay be it for a weekend or two weeks!
