Restored traditional farmhouse, a former late 18th century farmhouse, it consists of 4 independent flats: 2 two-roomed flats, a larger flat and an annexe with external portico. At guests' disposal a swimming pool and bicycles for excursions. Located in one of the greenest areas of the Marche region, not far from the sea and artistic places, such as the Renaissance town of Urbino. Peace and quiet, like fun, are close at hand: in the middle of a green valley, immersed in silence, the property is also just a few kilometres from the Romagna Riviera. The farm is run directly by the owner, who grows sunflowers, alfalfa, durum wheat and grain legumes and extra virgin olive oil. The farm is an integral part and the starting point of two trekking routes that can be followed on foot, by car, on horseback or by mountain bike. It is possible to book the entire facility for groups of sportsmen (cyclists or walkers) who wish to take these and other routes and provides logistical support (supply of MTBs, E-Bikes and excursion guides in collaboration with the numerous associations active in the area). Services only 1 km away and the nearest restaurant is 2 km away. The nearest airport is 70 km away.
