Villa Frida - Apartment Olive with Terrace

Villa Frida is located in Premantura, only 500 m away from Munte beach, facing a pine forrest.

It consists of seven newly furnished apartments. Every apartment has a terrace or a balcony, depending on which floor it's situated on.



Apartment Olive is located on ground floor. The private terrace is facing the pine forrest/park. The apartment is newly furnished and bright. It consists of an open plan living room with a kitchen/dining area, two bedrooms, bathroom and a terrace. Both bedrooms are furnished with double beds (160x200) and have air conditioning units.

Apartment has a washing machine, which is perfect for longer stays.



It is allowed to bring pets upon request. Additional fee of 20 EUR per pet will apply.

Also, damage deposit of 150 EUR is paid in cash upon arrival to your host.



Villa Frida is situated in Premantura, a smaller town on Medulin Riviera, which becomes very lively during summer. Filled with nice restaurants and surrounded by untouched nature, Premantura is a perfect place for your vacation.



The nearest beaches are Munte and Lokva, which are around 500 -600 meters away from the building. The nearest restaurants are located in the center of Premantura, also within 500 meters.

Bike trail 318 (MEDULIN RIVIERA) stars at the entrance of Premantura.

Family Park and Samy's Ranch (horseback riding and many more activities) are 4 km away (Medulin).



Over 500 plant species can be found on this area, and some orchid species are endemic or endangered. The peninsula is surrounded with crystal clean sea and it's known for its wonderful color.

Windsurfers are always hapy to visit Cape Kamenjak (500 m), where you can engage in a variety of activities related to the sea, besides windsurfing.
