The beautiful Villa Mila with a private pool is located in Medulin, near the popular Istrian town of Pula. The villa can accommodate up to 10 people in 4 bedrooms. It is only 300 meters from the beach and is a dream for a relaxing family holiday in Istria!

On the ground floor of the villa you will find a spacious, comfortable living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. The living room opens onto the large terrace with pool and sun loungers. On this floor there are also two bedrooms with air conditioning, double bed and TV and a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor of the villa are the other two bedrooms with air conditioning, double bed and TV and ensuite bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms on this floor have access to a balcony where you can relax in the evenings and enjoy a cool drink.

The beautiful outdoor pool invites you to swim and relax. Enjoy delicious family meals in the covered outdoor dining area and use the charcoal grill that is at your disposal. If you are a larger group, you will be happy to know that the beautiful Villa Mila is located right next to Villa Bosco and can be booked together as long as the period is available.

The town of Medulin is known for numerous rocky, pebbly and sandy beaches and charming narrow streets. Enjoy the first cup of coffee in one of the numerous bars and restaurants or taste well-known Istrian dishes.

Haus und Pool eigentlich sehr schön. Wir haben mit der Klimaanlage & mit dem Warmwasser Probleme gehabt. Geschirrsortiment dringend verbessern. Wir haben aber eine Rückerstattung von 700 EUR erhalten sprich von 30% und der Eigentümer wird die Probleme jetzt im Winter beheben.

das Haus ist großartig. nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt... und der Strand ist großartig, Cafés und Restaurants reihen sich aneinander. die Umgebung könnte besser sein

Sehr schöne Villa es war toll einen eigenen Pool zu haben sehr ruhige Lage Anprechperson war immer erreichbar Bei der Ankuft war das Haus sehr dreckig- es waren überall Hundehaare die Klimaanlage (3 von 6 Geräten) hat 2 Tage nicht funktioniert- wir waren mit einem Baby in einem Zimmer bei 27°C in der Dusche ist das Wasser nicht abgelaufen Sonnensegel im Garten waren durch Wind komplett kaputt Betten waren sehr unbequem und haben gequietscht

Wir waren 1 Woche im Juni mit 3 Familien in der Villa Mila. Hat alles super geklappt, Villa toll, Pool toll, nicht weit zum Meer und absolut unkomplizierte Organisation beim Check in und Check out.
