Part of a working farm, you may glimpse sheep and cattle, whilst buzzards and birds of prey swoop and circle silently in the skies above. A private pathway of stone steps leads you to Bodmin moor itself, where the scenery is quite simply - spectacular.

Lower Colvannick farm is part of a working farm, there are outbuildings nearby and occasionally cattle and sheep in the adjacent fields. Therefore, regretfully dogs are not permitted. There are some stone steps to the property and steps on the pathway leading to woodland walks. When entering the hamlet of Millpool, a private road leads upwards to the farm. There is ample parking for several cars.

A long rectangular sun room leads you into the main entrance of the house. This opens into a utility room with impressive original stone fireplace. The living room has an impressive scenic views, has very comfortable seating and a wood burner. The separate dining room has a further original stone fireplace.

The kitchen is very well equipped. Upstairs you will find one double bedroom with impressive new en-suite, a further large double bedroom, a single room and further bedroom with twin beds.
