Cozy little house by the sea. You also get a heavenly balcony, so close to the sea that you could even fish from if you are equipped. Keep in mind that the beach is rocky, and swimming shoes are suggested.

The house has a queen bed and a single convertible sofa bed. A bathroom with a shower and a kitchen with a table-top oven/cooker, fridge and basic cooking supplies.

A beautiful place für a wonderful time!

The house is wonderful and very tastefully decorated. It is well equipped, nothing is missing. Thomas Gerry was always available and very accommodating when we had questions. Lovely cottage

Setting and views are amazing from terrace, a few steps from the sea. Excellent communication from the owner and her sister Maria who is available at the mini golf next door. Lovely surprises left to welcome us. Very warm and helpful people. Kitchen facilities are enough to make a basic meal, iron, travel hairdryer, kettle, small oven with 2 hot plates, toastie maker (not toaster) etc. Entrance is opposite Niriides Beach Hotel (give that address if using transfer service from airport). There are 5 good tavernas (1 shows football), a small shop for basics, car rental, bike rental, dive centre, tour shop within 5 minute walk. Larger supermarket is about a 15 minute walk. A bike/pedestrian lane runs all the way into Kos Town, 40 minute walk with plenty of places to stop at on the way. Regular bus on main road at back of cottage. Would definitely return.

Go for a swim any time you want, just few steps away. Great traditional Greek tavernas nearby. Leisurely walk to the Marina 5-10 minutes away for great cafes, meals or drinks. Or even visit the town center 5 minutes away by bicycle, 15-20 minutes by foot.
Direct access to the great sideroad for bicycles and pedestrians, that can get to remote beaches to Agios Fokas or towards the Marina and the Kos Town center.
