This villa in Campos, just 7 km from Es Trenc beach, is a true luxury retreat and includes a private pool, a large garden, several furnished terraces, and a private yoga room.

Campos, in the southeast of Mallorca, is a dream for those who love tranquility and beaches. In just a few minutes by car, you can reach beaches like Es Trenc, Ses Covetes, or Colonia de Sant Jordi, all featuring crystal-clear waters and fine sand. In Campos and nearby Las Salinas, you'll find supermarkets, restaurants, and everything you need for a personalized vacation. A car is necessary, and you can park on the property.

Finca Thalassa is one of the most special and impressive properties on the island. The exterior features a perfectly maintained garden and a private saltwater pool measuring 11 x 7 meters. The terrace, equipped with sofas, tables, and chairs, is ideal for hosting gatherings with friends and family. Next to it, there's a barbecue area with another table and benches. The garden offers many relaxation spots, including a hanging hammock and several loungers for sunbathing. The highlight is the private yoga room, well-equipped with mats.

The interior of the villa is very bright, with high-quality finishes, including air conditioning, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, and satellite TV. The spacious living room with a large sofa offers unobstructed views of the garden and pool. Adjacent is the kitchen with an island and stove, a dining area, and all the utensils needed to prepare your favorite dishes.

The three bedrooms, two with twin beds and one with a double bed, have access to a balcony or terrace and invite restful sleep. The house has 3 bathrooms with showers, a washing machine, and an iron. The villa is fully equipped for guests with limited mobility, and there is an elevator. If there are up to 6 guests and you book the 6-person rate, the annex will remain closed. If there are more guests and you book the annex rate, the annex will be opened.

The finca has ample space and could accommodate up to 6 additional guests for an extra charge. If there are more than 6 guests, please contact us to learn more about the conditions and prices.

In the Balearic Islands, there is a tourist tax, called the Ecotasa, which must be paid for each guest aged 16 and older. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night per person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night per person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be charged before arrival through a secure payment link via Visa/MasterCard. This payment is mandatory.

Important: As required by law, we must request copies of the ID cards or passports of all guests aged 16 and older. This information will be sent by email.

A security deposit of 1100 EUR is to be left in cash on the day of arrival, directly to the owner.

We do not accept parties/events or pets. We do not accept groups of youngsters, bachelor or bachelorette parties or similar.
