Welcome to our private island paradise.
This is a light, charming, 2 bedroom unit in a quiet setting with a view over the terraced pools & into Turtle Cove & the marina. Its 2600 square feet bring a spacious open plan living/dining/kitchen/balcony where you will particularly appreciate the new Bosch appliances and an outdoor BBQ grill. The patio doors opening spans 20 feet. The bedrooms have king size beds, walk-in closets, TV,s & a beautiful ensuite bath w/ a roomy walk-in showers.

Very good location that is a bit quieter than the resort area and has a few good restaurants nearby and Smith reef within easy walking distance. Condo is well equipped and comfortable set up. The deck has a fantastic 180 degree view of sea-marina and pool, which was great after a day's activities.

We loved this condo! Yacht Club is amazing, pool fantastic, location superb! The condo has two amazing bedrooms with fabulous views, the porch has wonderful seating, we even used the grill. Owner is very responsive even had her handyman waiting as we arrived to help with luggage since elevator was out!

Great girls trip!!

Comfortable, great location and amenities! We especially loved the close location to the beach and snorkeling. Pool was amazing with beautiful sunsets. Games and snorkeling equipment was an added surprise. Highly recommend staying here for your trip to TCI.

Great View, Pool and Location

Great Pool/Garden View. Partial Marina and Ocean view too. Very nice, large Pool area. Nice size condo with plenty of room. All well taken care of. Several restaurants in walking distance and a short drive to Grace Bay beach area.

unbelievable find

this condo is way more than presented in the pictures. it is huge for a 2BD , condo is the best stocked i have ever stayed in. location is safe and well secluded, but view from the balcony is of the ocean on one side and the yachts on the bay on the other side. it took us about 9 min to drive to grace bay.

Fabulous getaway

We loved our stay. It was myself with college and high school age kids. The location was amazing. We were minutes from the beach, easy to walk back-and-forth. The pool area was nice, and the sun deck was amazing. The kids spent a lot of time out there playing cards and enjoying some time out of the sun, but still outside enjoying the weather. Everything was great. The kitchen was well appointed. We had everything we needed. Plenty of room inside to spread out and very clean. We loved having such a quiet beach area to enjoy. There were days we didn’t see anyone on the beach. Just us and the beautiful blue water. Multiple restaurant options right in the marina, also just a few minute walk. A great location, would definitely stay there again.

Fabulous Family Condo

This condo was pristine and worked perfectly for our family of five (parents, adult children, teen). We had plenty of room to spread out, and the condo had all of kitchen amenities we could imagine. We also loved the beach chairs, towels, noodles. The pool was amazing
the floating bean bag chairs were a favorite perch throughout our week! The balcony was also amazing, and we made good use of the grill. Also, the washer/dryer were used multiple times and made the vacation easier. We will happily return and highly recommend this condo in a quiet, peaceful, small development!

Clean spacious and private

We stayed, family of 4, kids 19 and 21.. for a week in this beautiful, clean and spacious condo. Beautiful pool which we pretty much had to ourselves our entire stay. You could walk to small beach where Smith’s reef is but we drove our car because we packed our chairs-included with rental- and a cooler-also included. It is centrally located to visit the other beautiful beaches.. 10 minutes to Grace Bay, 5 minutes to coral gardens and 15 minutes to Taylor Bay beach. I have no complaints about this rental. The owner and property manager were very responsive to all questions. I would not hesitate to rent this beautiful property. It is great for 2 couples as it is set up as 2 private suites basically with a big common area.

Excellent condo

Beautiful views from the living room and bedrooms. Primary bedroom opens out onto the balcony which overlooks the pool and marina. Both bedrooms have a view of the ocean in the distance. The pool is big with some shady spots, and usually pretty empty, the kids loved hanging out there. Spacious condo, very clean, and very responsive host. Kitchen was well equipped. Salt, sugar, and some spices in the cupboard were helpful. There were folding chairs and a small cooler which were great for the beach. The restaurant Sharkbite was a 2 minute walk away as was Bacci. Mango Reef was close as well. We rented a car and enjoyed exploring the shops in Grace Bay and trying some great restaurants. We loved our stay.

Better than Advertised

we had a fantastic time. one of our top 3 condos we have ever rented on VRBO anywhere in the world. excellent layout. open the front door and sliding deck doors and you get an amazing wind vortex through the condo. no need for the a/c. you get sunset from the deck but best to walk down to the dock and sit in the cushioned chairs there. in the marina, Sharkbite had the cheapest cocktails we found anywhere and Mangos was some of the best food with the best prices we found. that said the islands cuisine was very hit/miss. the condo comes with snorkel gear, pool/ocean floaties and noodles, beach chairs, umbrella and ice chest. communication was perfect and when we couldn't find any plastic cups for the pool area which is no glass zone they were at our door step that evening. complex has stairs and elevator. my only complaint was the noise of the a/c but we didn't use it much. we were there 5 nights but the condo is a solid long-term stay layout.

Great spot for a family getaway!

Great property! This was our first time to Turks and we looked at a number of different properties before choosing this one. We couldn't have been happier with our choice!The condo unit is exactly as described and is actually much bigger than the pictures show. There was plenty of space for our family of 4 and the views were fantastic. We discovered that being on the 3rd floor allowed us to open the patio doors in the evening without worrying about the mosquitos. The breeze coming in was fantastic. We also enjoyed sitting out on the spacious balcony in the morning having a coffee and breakfast. This unit comes equipped with all the amenities you need to cook meals etc. We used the chairs and snorkel gear along with the coolers to pack snacks and lunches for our daily trips to beaches near by. We also spent lots of time at the pool which was well maintained. The water temperature could have been a little warmer for my liking but was refreshing nonetheless. The owner of the property was quick to respond with any questions we had and addressed any issues promptly. The location is nice and central to most places we visited and super close to two of our favorite restaurants Shark Bites and Mango Reef. The Graceway IGA was only a 5 minute drive down the road and had everything we needed. They also have great made to order pizzas!! It only takes 10 minutes so order your pizza and do your shopping and then it'll be ready to go.

Quiet and relaxing

Owner was prompt with replies, the location was near a few good places to eat within walking distance. The whole facility was clean and quiet. The beach was near. If you’re looking for groomed sand and a lot of amenities then go stay at the resorts, if you want clean, quiet and relaxing then stay here! The only negative was the hard mattress and plastic cover on it, I didn’t sleep the best while there. Overall, 9/10
