Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Large, south-facing enclosed gardens, lawns, veranda, patio furniture. Three well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.4 miles, pub 0.3 miles
