Lack of attention to detail

House and location superb. BUT details let it down. 1. Dining plates convex!!! therefore unusable. Had to buy a set locally. 2. Bedroom furniture ugly and unusable (chests of drawers were a joke) 3.Small table in lounge damaged on arrival (photos taken). 4.Kitchen knives dangerously blunt. 5 Arrangements regarding refuse and recycling confusing. Sheet in folder was wrong. 6. Armchair in lounge - next to TV. had springs ALMOST poking through!! These small, but important details just took the edge off an otherwise enjoyable stay in Dorset
