"Cas Pedri" is a house near the sea with a maximum capacity for six people located in Can Picafort, less than 500 meters from the beach.
Upon entering the house, you will find a spacious and bright living room equipped with flat screen TV and comfortable sofas.
Three bedrooms (one of them en suite) and two fully equipped bathrooms.
The outside space will delight you, garden with green lawn accompanied by an infinity pool create a perfect environment to spend a wonderful vacation in Majorca.
From Rentallorca we recommend Villa "Cas Pedri thanks to all its amenities and good location that is the villa, from here you will have very close restaurants, the beach of Son Bauló of white sand, Muro beach is located less than 3 kilometers, Golf de Alcanada less than 10 minutes by car.

Electricity in this house will be charged separately according to actual consumption and meter reading at departure. Electricity consumption will be deducted from the deposit (0,30 Euro / kWh).
The amount of the deposit is: 200 Euro (refundable).
