Casa Verde is a lovely 2-bed apartment in a small, gated urbanisation in the hills above Calahonda, enjoying stunning views. Decorated in contemporary neutral tones and furnishings, here you will find peace and quiet in a wonderfully relaxing setting, whilst being only 2km from the bustling town of Calahonda and the beach.



This apartment would suit a family or a small group of golfers as you have a variety of golf courses within a 5km radius.



The apartment offers a double bedroom (160cm) with ensuite bathroom, and a twin room with a separate bathroom with a shower.



There is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a living room with Smart TV. A highlight is the enclosed terrace that has glass curtains that can be opened completely to provide a lovely exterior terrace or closed (fully or partially) to provide a gorgeous, sunny and warm space in the winter.



There are two sunbeds for your use on the grass.



There is aircon and wifi throughout, and on-street parking. And there is a lovely communal pool and a communal BBQ area too.



There is a restaurant a few minute’s walk down the road, and supermarkets and shops are aplenty in Calahonda, just 2km away. We do recommend a car.



The neighbouring towns of Fuengirola and Marbella are only a 10-15 drive away, and Malaga Airport is 35 km away.
