The 70-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor of a charming, renovated historic building.



The interior is laid out as follows:

- Kitchenette equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric kettle, moka pot, conventional oven and microwave, toaster, and kitchen utensils

- Living area with a relaxation corner and TV

- Bedroom 1 with a double bed and wardrobe

- Bedroom 2 with a double bed

- Bathroom with toilet, bidet, and shower stall

- Terrace furnished with a table, chairs, and a beach umbrella
