In one of the most beautiful historical buildings in Viareggio, 50 metres from the promenade and the sea on the first floor with lift, delightful studio apartment with two bright windows comprising living area with dining table, fully equipped kitchen . the sleeping area is separate dan furniture and has a comfortable double bed. A complete bathroom with shower completes the flat .

Air conditioning is present in the entire the house .
