Elegance Meets Comfort: The apartment features one elegantly appointed bedroom with a plush double bed, plus a luxurious double sofa bed in the living area, offering accommodation for up to four guests. Whether you're seeking a romantic escape or a family adventure, comfort is assured.

Pet-Friendly Paradise:  Welcoming your four-legged family members, we provide complimentary dog bowls, walky waste bags and scooby snacks. Plus, after walkies , there is an outside warm water doggy shower with a grooming kit attachment. A modest contribution to my dedicated housekeeper for the extra cleaning is requested. If you're thinking about a few days by the sea, this is the part where we're supposed to tell you about the apartment.

So here goes.

It's private, comfortable and entirely yours. There's a king-size Hypnos bed, a shower that's suspiciously difficult to leave, and enough tea, coffee and essentials to make arriving feel less like checking in and more like being expected.

Dogs are welcome too. Yours has probably already decided this looks excellent and is quietly waiting for you to catch up.

Children are welcome as well. We realise they may not have been entirely consulted during the booking process, but Barton has beaches, ice cream and enough space to run about. They'll cope.

The beach is across the road. The New Forest is next door. And for a few days at least, whatever's currently filling your inbox can wait.
