UNA VERGÜENZA LA APLICACIÓN

Primera vez que hice una reserva por este medio. Viaje desde Paraguay a Argentina y en durante el camino me cancelan la reservación que ya había abonado, lo cancelan sin ninguna explicación. Me quedé sin hospedaje en Buenos Aires porque ya había disponible en esas fechas. Una vergüenza realmente. Eso no se hace. Yo ya había abonado y contaba con este hospedaje.
