  • Solitude and amazing views!

"Very easy to book and the owner is helpful throughout the check/in process. The cabin was very clean and the views from the property were fantastic. Only 10 minutes to town-if you are looking for a place to unwind and relax this is a great property to stay at."

  • Holiday Island Townhome

"Had an awesome long weekend! Condo is perfect for 3 couples or family. Very nice and clean. We took our 9 mo grandson and owner was so nice to provide a highchair, pac n play and toys for him. It was so awesome that we did not have to tote those items with us. Condo is nice and homey and has everything you need to make you stay enjoyable. This was our 2nd time staying in the property and will rent it again. Highly recommend!"

  • Beautiful setting and lovely accommodations

"We had a family vacation in cabin #8. Plenty of room for 6 adults. The views of the lake and the deer are absolutely beautiful. The peace and quiet and beauty of this place are worth more than what you pay for a night's lodging. Definitely will come here again!!"

  • Gorgeous View and Sunsets!

"What a comfortable "cabin"! Rooms are spacious (the 5th room upstairs is a bit tight, but we didn't need it for this visit). The view is relaxing and wonderful ~ perfect for a wind-down at the end of the day. Carla is very prompt to respond to any emails and/or texts and was very easy to work with for this rental. Eureka Springs is full of great restaurants, but if you decide to cook at the cabin, be sure to bring or purchase all your spices and condiments. The cabin is bare on cooking essentials, except coffee, a few filters, pepper & salt ~ nothing else is there, really. Everything else seemed sufficient. We had 4 couples in our group and everyone felt like they had enough space, as needed. I would definitely recommend the Eagles Roost to everyone!! Was a great stay."
