良かった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション
An Oasis
The property was wonderful and clean. The hosts and their staff are friendly, helpful and very attentive. They were there to receive us and helped us with suitcases negotiating stairs up to the flat and down the day we left. There is no parking, the road is pedestrianised and so people with disability should be aware of this. Parking is not far but quite expensive if you are there for more than a week.
The host learnt about one of us being lactose intolerant so filled the fridge with both normal food and lactose free stuff. It was simply over any expectation.
The place is a little oasis on the main street of Catania. All the shops are downstairs... a wonderful experience overall.
