Lovely, comfortable cottage0

Nnot what i would consider suitable for dogs to stay there. There was not a gate on the garden and two exits near the back door. There was a (approx) 60cm high wall into a rear garden that did not belong to the property. We had to be in the garden all the time the dog was out there to keep her safe instead of being able to go in and out when she wanted.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the garden layout didn’t meet your expectations. We do clearly state in our listing and in our terms that all dogs must be kept on a lead while outside, as the garden is not fully secure and the cottage is situated close to a road. Even with a gate, the wall and boundaries are low enough that some dogs could easily jump them, and our priority is always the safety and wellbeing of any pets staying at the property. We appreciate that this meant you needed to supervise your dog while outdoors, but we include this information upfront to ensure guests can make an informed choice before booking. Thank you again for your comments, they help us ensure our listing remains clear and accurate for future guests. Best wishes Pillow Partners
