Carpe Diem is situated on Isis Lake, with fishing available from designated areas. With a modern and open plan kitchen/living area leading to a large, private sun deck overlooking the lake with steps down to the grass and water's edge. Tables with seating for 6 and Gas BBQ.

Sleeping 8 with 4 bedrooms, it has 2x double ensuites, 1x double, 1x twin ensuite, 1x family bathroom & also downstairs WC. Lovely grounds & great on-site facilities with water sports, bar & restaurant close by.

Incredible experience

A very good stay thank you.

Very good accommodation which met most if not all our needs. Showers were excellent - compared to other properties we have stayed at in the area. Downstairs living space was comfortable and overall this property worked well for us. Kitchen facilities were also good. Just to add that Orion were helpful throughout.

A great family destination.

This was a family gathering of eight for a special birthday. The location was perfect on a beautiful lake with plenty of wildlife to enjoy and a cuckoo calling in the background. The accommodation worked perfectly and had everything we needed for our stay including games, boules and tennis racquets. There were plenty of local activities and a good choice of places to eat and a large Tesco was only a short drive away. We are already planning our next visit.

Perfect setting

We had a fabulous few days. Lovely property, everything we needed from table tennis and tennis bats, and lots of lovely games. The kitchen was well stocked with every utensil you would need. There are lots of lovely walks and dogs appeared to be welcome. We will be going back.

Extended Family holiday

We enjoyed our extended family stay in two separate lodges at the Cotswolds lakes because we are only able to meet up in this way once a year, due to one family group living abroad. This gave us the opportunity to relax and be apart but also the opportunity to do special events together. It really enabled the cousins to meet up together in a safe environment and make maximum use of the recreational facilities like tennis, table tennis, pool and football enjoying each others company on their own; while the play park was loved by the youngest.

Lovely house and area

This is a lovely house with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It was really clean and well stocked. The views across the lake are gorgeous and there were good paths around the site. We had our own canoe and launched in the next door lake, we used the back gate to go to South Cerney coop every morning (20 min walk) there are also pubs in the village and a pharmacy. We used the table tennis table, pool tables and tennis courts - there was a nice looking playground for younger visitors. Only negative is there is no bar, cafe or shop on site. Had to ring Orion help line once during the stay and go the answer I needed quickly which was great.
