Villa Alessandra is a charming villa near the sea (500 m), with a private pool and a large garden featuring a lawn. The owner and his family are delighted to share their beloved home with you so that you can enjoy an unforgettable vacation! Recently built, the villa is well-equipped and offers the finest amenities for a vacation that is both relaxing and exciting.
The lawn, adorned with trees and flowering shrubs during the summer, frames the SWIMMING POOL and the SUN DECK, complete with lounge chairs, a beach umbrella, and a floor made of local stone.
Highlights include the private pool, the garden, and the large covered veranda, where you can spend the entire day. The villa can comfortably accommodate 5 people.
A crib is available and can be placed in the master bedroom (upon request).

Inside, the villa consists of 4 rooms:

- a large kitchen-living room

- a master bedroom

- a bedroom with a 3-person bunk bed

- a bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, and bidet

- an outdoor hot shower

The villa is elegantly furnished.

The rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating, which can be controlled by remote in each room (except the bathroom). The air conditioning and heating system are powered by renewable energy. In the sleeping areas and the bathroom, the windows are equipped with mosquito screens. The entire villa, both inside and in the garden, features Wi-Fi and a 32-inch LCD satellite TV. The villa offers every outdoor amenity. There is also a granite stone barbecue with an adjacent workstation and running water, so that cooking enthusiasts can grill outdoors using local meat or freshly caught fish from Sardinia. The garden, with its English-style lawn adorned with trees and flowers in the summer, surrounds the large swimming pool (5x10 m) as well as the sun deck with local stone flooring, equipped with 5 modern lounge chairs.
At the back of the villa and near the pool is an outdoor hot-water shower (privacy guaranteed) built into the granite rocks. In the evening after sunset, the garden and pool are fully illuminated (stunning!) so you can enjoy the villa to the fullest even late into the night—though always quietly and respectfully of the surrounding environment. The spacious veranda with vertical blinds provides shade from the sun and allows you to admire the view from comfortable sofas, as well as the pool and garden. For our guests with children, it’s easier to keep an eye on the kids as they play in the pool while sipping a cocktail in the shade of the veranda. On the terrace, there’s a teak table with chairs for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with friends and family.

The villa is accessible from the entrance at Via Argonauti 74 through an electric gate operated by remote control or access code, ensuring a high level of privacy and tranquility. A private path, accessible on foot or by car, leads to the villa, which is bordered by granite boulders and a chestnut hedge. There is also a private parking area, covered and bordered by a myrtle shrub, which protects the car from the summer heat.

A five-minute walk away is a well-stocked supermarket with a wide selection of local products and a well-stocked butcher shop. You’ll also find various restaurants and pizzerias. There’s also a pharmacy and a bar nearby. Budoni is a five-minute drive away, where you’ll find plenty of shops for all your needs, as well as ATMs.
