Hej alla, och tack för att ni överväger att bo hemma! Det är fullt möblerat av en professionell inredningsarkitekt och ser fantastisk ut!

Snabb tillträde till 385 och 85 och bokstavligen hundratals butiker och restauranger på Woodruff Rd, Haywood Rd (Mall) och Pelham Rds som alla ligger inom ett par mil från huset. Downtown är 7 miles eller kanske 10 minuter bort rakt upp 385. Huset ligger på en lite trafikerad väg så tänk på det när du bokar.

Uppdaterat kök öppnas upp till det stora rummet. Matsal, tvättstuga, pulverrum, spelrum finns också ner. De fyra sovrummen är på övervåningen med en master bad och hall bad. Trevligt, teglverkat avskärdat veranda ut bakifrån med utsikt över tätt bladverk. Gården är stor, mestadels plan och helt inhägnad.

Uppfarten är lång och rymmer 5 bilar utan att någon blockerar någon annan. Gästerna har tillgång till de två bilgaragen.

Beautiful home

Love this place ! So spacious and clean ! Only thing is the house had a smell to it like a old house smell . but nothing some air wicks or candles couldn’t fix ! I would definitely stay again !

Came from out of town for a wedding

We loved the house and location. On a busy main road but we didnt mind was close to everything in greenville. has fenced pretty bad yard if you have kids or dogs with you. House was clean and very nice and comfortable, well stocked. Loved the enclosed porch! Very comfortable home. we had some minor issues but Landon responded right away and came out to fix them. Will stay here again when we visit our family!!

Great location, great house!

The house is close to everything! Conveniently located although there is a bit much traffic because it’s on a main road. Hard to sleep in the front rooms because of traffic noise. The room over the garage was very hot. There was a very bad smell in the garage because previous tenant did not take out the trash and had left it in the garage. Which is why I gave it a four rating —-other than that everything else was good. Host very easy to reach.

Friends trip to Greenville

This house was very nice and clean. The beds were super comfortable. It is located not too far from downtown which was great. We definitely enjoyed our stay here. Communication with the property manager was very easy and timely. No complaints from our group.

Great property for a group!

The size and location of this home were great! There was a bit of an odor in the house from check-in throughout our stay. Bathroom cleanliness could be improved; in particular the shower liner in the guest bathroom needs to be replaced. Overall we had a good stay at this home!

In town for funeral

Due to the uncertainty of timing on the unexpected death of a family member, we needed to add additional days to our stay at the front and back end. The owner was very accommodating. The amenities were plentiful and one of the rare places we have stayed that had things like cooking oil, spices, coffee, laundry provisions, etc. due to short notice, we had to bring our dog. Thankfully the yard is large and fenced in.

Great Greenville Stay!

The place was very convenient to everything for both Greer and Greenville. Lots of parking which was great since we had 4 cars. Check-in was seamless and the house nicely appointed. We had some trouble with the wifi, but the owner fixed that quickly. Very happy with the stay.

Fine house with room and rooms

I met my sister and her family for the weekend in Greenville. She has a young puppy, and an older dog - so we needed a pet friendly house for the weekend. This was a great size for the group, and the house was clean and suited our needs. Not having pets myself, it was immediately apparent that the house had previously had cats - but really, that's fine - we asked for a pet friendly house. Thanks for a good weekend.
