Whether a family or group of friends, take advantage of our property location, amenities, and price and enjoy a peaceful stay at this brilliant 3-bedroom townhome in located 7 minutes away and 2.5 miles away from the vibrant Greenville Downtown. The bedrooms feature 2 queen beds and 1 bunk bed.. With amenities like a washing machine, WiFi, and AC, you'll have everything you need for a tremendous stay. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.

In this section, you'll find more information about the layout of our home and what you can expect.
When guests arrive at GVL Nest, they will be able to park in the 02 vacant parking spots in front of the townhome.
The front door of the townhome has a keyless entry, which opens into the living and dining room space.

Our living space features a beautiful comfy sofa , an elegant brown leather sofa bed, rotating leather armchair for extra comfort, Elevated top side table, modern floor lamps, high speed Wifi and workstation for your business needs.

The living room also features a smart 65-inch TV where guests can log in to their own streaming accounts using the in-house Wi-Fi. We do not provide cable channels at the moment.

Next to the living area is our dining table, made of solid wood and extendable, accompanied by 6 chairs.
Our L-shaped kitchen features a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, water boiler, Keurig Coffee machine and pods for right starting mornings, toaster, pots and pans, plates, cups, mugs, hot drinks and free goodie basket per stay and so much more to help you get a delicious meal for a day full of activities.
Beside the Kitchen area this is the 01st bathroom with a corner shower, classic vanity, mirror, and toilet with a built-in bidet, toiletries, and fresh towels.
Following the bathroom there’s the laundry room, which has a large water heater, washer, dryer and detergent to keep you ready and going.
Small closet just after the TV stand with an iron, ironing board, and a space heater and Fire distinguisher.

Finally, the second floor features 03 bedrooms, the second bathroom and a small seating area.

1. The Master Bedroom is located to the left hand with a connecting door to the bathroom and furnished with:

-2 nightstands and table lamps

-LED Full body mirror

-Walk-in Closet.

2. The second bedroom is furnished with:

3. The Kids bedroom has:

-Play table and chairs, coloring book and Crayons.
-Blockout curtains for a long peaceful night sleep
-Closet

4. Fully equipped bathroom with a bathtub / shower combo, led mirror, classic vanity, toilet with an installed bidet, toiletries, fresh towels, hair dryer, curlier and hair straightener.

It was a beautiful townhome on the inside, nicely remodeled! Host was great, left a welcome gift and great communication. The outside area of some of the townhomes around it was a little rough looking but I have to say it was actually very quiet and peaceful so no issues. We would stay again!

Condo is exactly as pictured and described. Very clean and well decorated. We enjoyed the well-stocked coffee station, extra snacks and welcome gift. There was even spare toothbrushes with mini toothpaste if you forgot yours as well as hair styling tools. The area is a little sketchy like others have said but the it wasn’t too bad. My friend and I needed a place for a mother/daughter overnight to see the trans-Siberian orchestra and we’re all so glad we found this spot! It’s conveniently located close to everything (by car - which was fine for us) and was cozy without feeling crowded. It was clean, nicely stocked and the mattresses were wonderful! Our host was so kind and accommodating - when I asked if we could drop our luggage off early before our lunch reservations she was so kind and was able to give us an early checkin and also offered a late checkout. I would absolutely stay again if I’m ever in the area!

Short overnight stay. Check-in was easy. The inside was very nice. Parking spots were clearly marked. Shower had good water pressure. The neighborhood itself was just a touch on the sketchy side (no incidents, and it was quiet at night). There is a security camera over the two parking spaces to grant peace of mind. Easy/quick drive to downtown. Overall, I would definitely stay there again.

This is a comfortable, nicely maintained townhome a short drive from Furman University and downtown Greenville. Two bedrooms have super comfortable two-person beds and the other a day bed. The living room has plenty of space, nice furniture and a large TV. Kitchen is well stocked. It's a great place, all in all.

This place is great. Very spacious, the coach is so cozy could even sleep on it. The Futon makes another sleep spot. Full bath downstairs and I love the corner shower. Full bath and Three bedrooms upstairs. We only used two beds. They were so comfortable. Hangers in both closets (which is a big deal when you want/need to hang some clothes) The townhouse is 9 minutes from Bon Secours Wellness Arena and 5 from Main Street and all the wine and dine places, shops etc that you want. Great location because it is close enough but still not within the hustle and bustle of the city streets and noise. We used Lyft and Uber to get where we were going only because we didn’t want to find parking. Kiro was amazing. He had snacks, water, sparkling water and a coffee bar set up which was awesome. He reached out more than once to be sure everything was going well and to see if we needed anything. Just an amazing host. Very accommodating and very much appreciated. We will definitely recommend and be back. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your townhouse.
