We’ve just had our second stay here, which says a lot because we’ve never been back to the same place for a second holiday before. The villa has everything you need, is really nicely styled and feels comfortable and relaxed. The newly refurbished pool is gorgeous, spotlessly clean and a big hit with the kids. About 2/3 of the pool is shallow enough for them to stand in, which made it ideal for us as a family.Nikos is a great host, really friendly, helpful and full of useful local recommendations, but also completely respectful of your privacy. The location is lovely and peaceful, with the added security of being gated, and it’s only a short drive to the beach. Plaka beach is definitely worth a visit, and we also loved Brother Kostas and Lithies for food.We had a brilliant stay and would absolutely come back again.

Peaceful bliss

Villas Marina is a fabulous property in a quiet village. There are a handful of good restaurants and tavernas a short walk away, but the Villas offer calm, peace and tranquility. Nikos, the property owner is enormously friendly and sociable and makes sure that you want for nothing. Can't recommend this location highly enough

Beautiful Vasilikos

The owner Nikos and his daughter Marina took care to ask and ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyed. The apartment and gardens were very clean, attractive and comfortable. It was a joy to stay there. We especially enjoyed the convenient location with a number of beautiful beaches and a large number and variety of tavernas easy walking distance, even though it is quite traditionally rural .

thank you so much. But I must protest concerning my age, as Marina is my wife and not my daughter. I am joking of course , but I am only eight years older than her ,and this is not the first time that I hear that she is my daughter. my best wishes to both of you.

Relaxing week in lovely Visilikos

Had a lovely week at Nikos and Maria’s. the three properties are set in lovely secluded grounds with a great pool which Nikos cleaned every night. Apartment very clean and had everything we required. Nikos couldn’t do enough for us and had lots of information regarding restaurants beaches etc. Visilikos is a lovely place very quiet and the turtle beach nearby is superb. Had a lovely weeks holiday there.

Greece at its best

Wunderschöne Häuser in ruhiger Lage

A beautiful place

We rented Niko’s semi-detached house for 2 weeks in August and we truly enjoyed our stay there! The two houses (for 3 families total) are located in the most beautiful, a bit remote area of the island, in a beautiful and quiet garden. There is a great choice of tavernas close to the house, you can even walk to a few of them, or take the car for a very short drive. The house is well maintained and clean. The only downside is that the kitchen could be better equipped. We did not cook while we were there, but if you want to you might miss a few items. The house was cleaned two times a week which was great. The pool is large (around 10 meters long) and well maintained and very clean. Although the houses were all fully booked when we were there, the pool was never crowded and provided a great alternative to the crowded beaches (remember it was August). There are three umbrellas (one for each family) by the pool, but they are a bit small and so it was impossible to have shadow for 3 or 4 people at the same time, so the umbrellas could be a bit bigger (especially when you are there in summer). Niko is very nice and welcoming while respecting our privacy at the same time. We have enjoyed our stay there very much and would definitely recommend the house for a stay in Zakynthos!

Summer holiday

The accommodation was excellent, Nikos is a great host and the villa is cleaned regularly. The pool is as gorgeous as it looks and if you’re looking for somewhere quiet away from the larger resort areas this is perfect. We had a lovely holiday and I would highly recommend. The listing is a little confusing but the two smaller villas are idendical.
