Comfortable three-room apartment with a large terrace overlooking the Gulf of Portoferraio

The apartment “Il Mare Vicino” is located in Magazzini, a small village nearby Portoferraio. The small beach is of Magazzini is at about 200 mt, right in front of Elba’s main city: from there, you can enjoy the beautiful Portoferraio skyline. The beach stretches for a few hundred meters from the Schiopperello/Le Prade beach. You can reach the small seaside Magazzini town walking on the shore, where vegetation goes all the way down to the beach and the sea. The beach is made up of pebbles and sand. The seabed slowly slopes down and it is covered by a prairie of Posidonia and the small marina guarantees a sufficiently protected anchorage. It is privately managed and boats can be safely kept there all year long. At the Magazzini beach there is a café/restaurant, a sailing school, a diving center and boat rental.
Three-room apartment for 2/4 persons: the apartment of about 60 sqm has an indipendent entrance from an external short staircase and is located in a small complex of apartments. It consists of a living room with TV and a small kitchenette; a bedroom with double bed; a bedroom with two single beds; a bathromm with shower. The furniture is nice, new and comfortable, with air condition and heating. Outside, there is a big terrace equipped with table, chairs and sun umbrella, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view on Portoferraio’s bay. The private car parking is very near the apartment.

Arrivals: free stays, in August min. 7 nights. Check -in from 16.00 to 19.00. Departures: check -out within 9.00 am. Utilities: light, water, gas, air condition/heating, included. Final cleanings: € 100 (to pay at arrival). Bed linen and towels: not included. To bring or to rent on request, at € 20,00 for person for week (to pay and pick up in office at arrival). Pets: not allowed. Security deposit: € 100,00 (to pay at arrival and refunded at departure, after checked the apartment). Check-in fee: in case of arrival after 8 pm, extra of € 20,00 (to pay at arrival).
