An absolutely perfect stay. The house is just as pictured, spotlessly clean, and the views really *are* that spectacular. The setting, with no very close neighbors, gives you a sense of privacy and peace. The pool and patio are beautiful, and we spent much more time at the house (rather than on excursions) than we had originally planned to just because we enjoyed it so much. If you have small children, note that there is no real shallow end to the pool---it's a steep drop-off from the steps. Inside, the beds are very comfortable; air conditioning works very well; showers have both rainfall and handheld options; kitchen area is small but well equipped for basic meal prep. The largest bedroom is on the upper level along with the kitchen and living area. The two other bedrooms, nearly identical to each other, are on the lower level. Each of the three bedrooms has egress to the outdoors.What really set this property apart were the owners. They are a wonderful, warm couple who went above and beyond to help us when our flight was delayed late into the night, responded to all messages very quickly, and even took care of little things we didn't mention, like adding extra clothes pins to the laundry basket when they noticed that we had run out. When it was time to leave, my tween and teen were sad. "It feels like home!" said my youngest. We'd love to return any time.

We stayed at this Villa for 2 weeks in May 2025, and it was truly one of the best holiday experiences we’ve had. The villa is stunning, just like the photos, only better in real life. Inside, it’s modern, spotless, and beautifully furnished. The outdoor spaces are just as incredible as the interior, with an infinity pool, waterfall feature, beautifully landscaped gardens, and panoramic sea views, perfect for relaxing, barbecuing, and watching unforgettable sunsets. Dimitra and her partner Pablo were exceptional hosts. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, especially for our baby and toddler, from a crib, baby bath, high chair to pool toys among other essentials. They also greeted us with a generous welcome gift that included local wine, chocolates, and groceries for breakfast and snacks. We were celebrating a birthday during our stay, and Dimitra brought us a beautiful and delicious birthday cake, such a thoughtful and personal touch that made the day feel extra special. You will need a car to stay here, but everything you might want, beautiful beaches, charming local restaurants, and other amenities is just a very short drive away, sometimes less than 5 minutes. It’s the perfect balance of peaceful seclusion and easy access to everything. We can’t thank Dimitra enough for her kindness and hospitality. If you’re looking for a luxurious escape in Crete, this is the place. We’re already dreaming of our return!

Wow ~ A James Bond Villa!

This villa is truly fabulous! A large, very modern villa set into the mountain not overlooked by anyone else. Inside, the villa is sleek and stylish and tastefully decorated with everything you need for your holiday. Large floor to ceiling windows surrounding the whole villa allows the sunshine to stream in from every angle. Falasarna beach (sandy) is literally 5 minutes drive away and is visible from the villa. We watched the sunset over the Aegean sea every evening with a glass of champagne. Fantastic large swimming pool (with incorporated waterfall at one end) and plenty of areas to relax and sunbathe. Completely private. Local taverna (Sto Plai) 2 minutes away and they will also deliver! Alexandra met us at the villa upon arrival and gave us a tour which was very helpful. My family (myself, husband and two adult daughters) have been traveling to Crete every year for the last ten years and I must say this is the best villa we have ever stayed in. We will definitely come back! You will feel like a “rock star” staying here!

Nous avons passé une semaine exceptionnelle dans la maison de Dimitria. Notre hôte a su prendre grand soin de nous. La maison et la vue sont époustouflantes. Rien à redire, tout était parfait. Relaxing Private Getaway

The Property is nothing short of amazing, the view breathtaking. Everything was perfect. The closest beach was fantastic and has a nice selection of resturants with beds/ loungers. Its nice a secluded so you can really relax. Fabio the property manager was very helpfull and made sure we had a great stay. Dimitra & Pablo the owners were lovely and couldn't do enough for us. We will definately be going back.

Brand New Opulent Villa with Breathtaking views!

The Villa Palace was an absolutely beautiful unit and location on the west side of Crete. The unit was spotless, the infinity pool was awesome and the views were breathtaking. Dimitra (owner) greeted us and stayed in touch over the course of our week long stay. Local restaurants were all extremely good (look at Trip Adviser or google reviews for ratings). The only think that we would have liked to have is a washing machine although the owner took our clothes to get dry-cleaned for us - that is the only missing piece from this luxury villa. You will not be disappointed at this villa :)
