The villas are located in the village of Spartia, 650m far away from the beach, with a panoramic view of Liakas bay in the South of Livatho area, Kefalonia.

Christina Villa (50m2) can accommodated up to five persons. The villa has two bedrooms, spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen for self-catering holidays and bathroom. The villa is comfortable and afford sieves for the windows, air-condition, television and wireless-internet. Also features a hairdryer and iron. A private washing-machine is available in the corner of the complex.
Baby cot and high chair on request.
Each kitchen features a double door refrigerator, oven with electric hobs, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and a full set of pans.
There is no infrastructure for accommodating people with disabilities.

Christina Villa has verandas with a view to the sea and the mountain of "Enos".

The complex is surrounded by a large garden with lawn, trees and flowers. Garden well maintained for children to play. In the garden you can find barbeque, pergola, showers, washing machine and a covered dining areas ideal for dinner and overlooking the sea.
Parking on site. Pets allowed upon request.

The price is for the villa and is included all taxes (electricity, water, ac and water-heating) and of course towels and sheets.

There is an additional accommodation tax "Resilience Fee for the Climate Crisis" : 8euros per night. and is paid in cash with your arrival.

Fantastic view.

The property was situated in a lovely enclave of about 5 villas with an amazing view down over the bay. Very peaceful and relaxing. A car is essential though because the road to beach and nearest shop or restaurant is extremely steep. The nearest beach is a bit of a trek but worth it as it is very secluded. Check in could have been simplified if we had been told which villa we were in but Demetrious was very solicitous all week and made sure we had everything we needed. The home made marmalade and wine were very much appreciated..

Why they chose this property

On the southern-west part of Kefalonia 'Christina Villas' are at about 650mt from the beach and about 1Km from the village of 'Spartia'.

Spartia is a traditional village South-West of the island. It is 12km far away from the 'Argostoli', the island's capital and about 7km far away from the airport.

Near the beach there are tavernas, restaurant-bar-kafe, where you can enjoy traditional tastes. Also mini-markets, restaurants and hired-car can be found in the village. For more shopping you can go to Argostoli, the capital of the island, and find everything you want from the shops and the supper markets.

Spartia has two golden beaches areas. 'Thermadis' & 'Klimatsias' are both idyllic sandy beaches. The beaches are not far, but the slope requires good physical condition from anyone who wants to go the distance on foot.
