Welcome to the Cocoa Suites! This recently converted development exudes quality and makes for the ideal stay in York; be it a weekend getaway or a home from home or on business.

The kitchen area features a stylish quartz worktop and LED strip lighting with a luxurious tiled finish underfoot, The Kitchen Hosts, A Tassimo Coffee Machine ,and all the pots pans required to make an enjoyable stay. The Dining area has seating for Four and the lounge has a lovely sofa and armchair along with a Smart TV, Dim the lights and watch the lovely view form the French Doors with exposed Brick work.. Take a seat on the Private Balcony and drink in the views and tranquil setting.
Along The Hall is The main Bathroom which hosts Bath shower toilet sink, The Master Bedroom is a King size Bed with Ensuite, The Second Bedroom is a Twin , Both Bedrooms have Smart TVs.
Allocated parking for One Car in the Secure Gated Garage. WI FI Through out The Apartment.

Lovely city centre stay
This lovely flat was perfect for exploring the centre of York. Kitchen was well provisioned, beds were comfy, sofa big enough for four, and everything worked as expected. We even managed warm enough weather one evening to use the outdoor table and chairs. The payment process was trickier than expected, but communication from the manager was great through this. Just what we were after, would stay again.
