Built in 2023, CASA PALMERA, a brand new Luxury Villa with pool, is the ideal accommodation for couples, families or a party of friends. You will fall in love with the cosy, tranquil and romantic ambience of our property. Modern decoration, top-class amenities and high-end facilities will charm you. The Villa can accommodate up to 6 guests in three spacious bedrooms, offering everything one can imagine for a comfortable and memorable stay. Pool heating up to 28?C is available with an additional charge of 35EUR/day. Please be advised that a notice is required at least 3 days in advance to preheat the water.


An experienced concierge will be available to welcome you and assist you with any requests and recommendations. The Villa is located in Ixia, a suburb of Rhodes Town, close to Ialyssos Beach and the Palace of the Grand Master of the Knights of Rhodes.


Important note: The climate fee is not included and is paid upon arrival
Current Climate fee:15 Euros per day for stays April to October / 4 Euros per day for stays November to March

Beautiful idyllic property

We had a wonderful week at Casa Palmera, the property was perfect, clean spacious with everything you need to have a great stay. Our host was really helpful and we’d recommend staying here. We travelled with 3 children under 7, they spent a lot of time in the pool. There is a local super market minutes away to get things. The beach is walkable from the house.

Does not get better

We stayed at Casa Palmera for 10 days in early July and would have loved to have stayed longer. The home has nice artistic and architectural touches and the outside pool area has inspiring sunset views every night. Highly recommended!

この宿泊施設の特徴


Villa Casa Palmera is located in a private estate of 2000 m2 and has a swimming pool of 60 m2. The Villa can accommodate up to 6 guests in three spacious bedrooms, offering everything one can imagine for a comfortable and memorable stay.There are shops and restaurants within walking distance, but in the centre of the town (about 10 min drive, 4,5 km) you may find more prestigious restaurants.
In 300 m. from the villa there are two huge supermarkets , a bakery and a pharmacy, but still the villa is very quiet, being in the middle of the forest
you can easily access Ixia beach, which is 850 meters away (12 minutes walking distance or 6 minutes by car). Ialyssos beach and Elli beach, two of the most popular beaches on the island, are located 10-12 minutes driving distance from our Villa.
