Creel Cottage has been extensively refurbished to offer a stylish and comfortable home by the sea. With many traditional features providing character, there is a contemporary feel to the property with tasteful coastal touches to reflect its location within a quiet fishing village. Accommodating up to five guests there are two bedrooms, a family bathroom, shower room and two outdoor spaces. The bedrooms offer glimpses of the sea and harbour which is just a few minutes' stroll from the front door.
The living spaces are on the ground floor and the open plan layout from the lounge to dining area through to the kitchen then out the patio doors onto the enclosed courtyard flows seamlessly together. The welcoming entrance features traditional cornice and ceiling rose with warm wood tones and accent coastal details. There is a modern shower room and access to the courtyard from the hallway. The wooden staircase leads to a contemporary family bathroom and on the first floor are the two spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and large windows offering rooftop views towards the sea. The family room has two single beds and a further single bed can be set up here on request. Located on a quiet lane with no through traffic, Creel Cottage benefits from a further private outdoor space facing the front door, allowing guests to make the most of the sun as it moves throughout the day. A lovely cottage very well equipped and comfortable furnishing. We enjoyed the outside patio and ate our breakfasts every morning. Wonderful location for site seeking and near St Andrews.

We look forward to welcoming Jacqueline back to the East Neuk in the future.
Lovely cottage, spacious, warm, clean, well decorated, lovely little touches all around. Near the famous fish and chip bar, but on a very quiet street. Perfect. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again :)
Lovely house comfortable and clean.
Tv a bit of a pain to operate .No BBC for a couple of days until we reloaded the app.
Kitchen well equipped would have liked a lemon squeezer and masher.
Beds very comfortable.Upstairs shower head leaking at point of hose connection but we reported it so should be fixed.Another shelf in the bathroom would have been handy.
Weather was fabulous who needs anywhere other than Scotlandwhen the sun shines.
One of the best breaks we’ve had anywhere in the world.
Can’t wait to return.
