The spacious apartment is completely redecorated to welcome our guests and make them feel at home away from home.
We have two spacious rooms, both with double beds and an office, two complete bathrooms, one ensuite, a kitchen where you can have everything you need to make your stay an experience.

Public transport is at street level and the metro a few minutes from the apartment. The neighborhood has supermarkets, shops and restaurants and other services. The metro stop communicates directly with the train station and the airport.
The city center, Plaça Catalunya is a 20-minute walk away, so we always recommend enjoying the streets of Barcelona and its fantastic architecture. It will surprise you.
This neighbourhood, located at the foot of Montjuïc, is popular with young people due to its multicultural atmosphere.
Popular, multicultural and working-class neighborhood, Poble-sec maintains a popular character and a varied culture. Its main arteries are Calle de Blai, which functions as a small boulevard full of bars and shops alike, and Plaza del Sortidor,
In addition to industrial activity, being located behind Paral-lel, Poble-sec has also always been associated with the entertainment world. We recommend getting around on foot or by public transport. You can also go to the city center by bicycle or electric scooter.

Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. Guests must bring sheets. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it
-Arrival after hours:
- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge €30 in cash, after 10pm it will be €50 and after 1am it will be €100
- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. it will be 50 EUR and from 1 a.m. it will be 100 euros.
- If the arrival day is 12/24, 12/25, 12/26, 12/31 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. 100 euros and after 1 a.m. 150 euros
- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona 2023 will apply. (€5/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights).
- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.
- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).
