Je suis handicapée et l'appartement est très confortable : 2 ascenseurs dont un plus large, 2 tables, 2 cabinets sont 1 dans la salle de bain et une douche dans notre chambre. Tout était super. L'appartement est idéalement placé avec une station de métro juste à côté (ligne directe pour la sagrada familia par exemple) et la rambla à 10 min à pied.Pierre, le propriétaire, nous a également très bien accueilli et met tout en oeuvre pour qu'on se sente bien.On reviendra, c'est sûr !

Aanbeveling is toch voor 6 personen. Voor 9 volwassen personen is het appartement veel te klein. De slaapbanken moeten incidenteel worden gebruikt.We verbleven 6 nachten en dan ‘ ontbreekt ‘ een huiskamer. We gaven eerder aan dat er geen haakjes aan de slaap-baddeuren zijn. Je kan je kleding nauwelijks hangend kwijt.Verder hebben wij genoten van ons verblijf. Een mooi plek waar je overal naar toe kan gaan.

Great time in Barcelona

We had a great time at Pierre's apartment. It was close to La Rambla, beaches, the big market, restaurants, etc. My family and I felt very safe and enjoyed our stay!

Not much to look at but the place served its purpose

Let’s start with the good….the location was very convenient for metro lines to all the tourist attractions and easy bus access and taxi as well. Walking to the Rambla and good nearby restaurants. Owner and property manager were very accommodating with letting us leave cases for a little while before check in and after check out to make our travel easier, which was greatly appreciated. Bed was firm yet surprising comfortable.The just ok…is the place itself. I knew it was sparsely decorated with the photos, but in person it just looks apathetic. Walls aren’t that white anymore, tile kind of dirty, the couches are very cheap, uncomfortable, kind of like you would expect in a college dorm. One of the bathrooms is more like a storage closet and floor was dirty. The kitchen has the bare minimum, which pretty much sums up the place. I’ve stayed in many VRBO and this was pretty bare bones as for welcoming touches. We had to provide our own paper towels, had to use 1 small kitchen dish washing liquid as hand soap for the bathrooms. I don’t think I’ve stayed somewhere before that didn’t have hand soap in the bathrooms. There is also big construction happening outside their balcony, which didn’t help with the aesthetics.The showers were bad as the temperature and water pressure changed which caused the one in the bedroom to randomly shoot up over the side. My wife wasn’t too happy at the place that I picked…but it did get the job done and we had a good time.

Location is great to get to Barceloneta Beach and the apartment had all the facilities you need, AC, balcony, great stay and thank you to Pierre and his friend for their welcome.

Flat very large and near at the sea and metrò.BUT: there're two bathrooms, and one has wc only for pee; if you make 'other', have to take piston everytime.The shower hasn't hot water in the morning, so the last morning we were late for check out. We have told it to the owner but she said only "I don't want any dialogue... I don't want any dialogue... you must go out..." and such as we were out of the flat with four little children and eight backpacks.But it doesn't matter, we have already paied!Unbelievable!!!Flat very large for eigth people, but with just one bathroom really working. No more.

Good location

We were looking for a place close to the WTC and this was good, walkable. The unit is comfortable although not updated. The only negative was there is construction going on across the street that we did not know about so there was loud noise on a couple of the mornings. We would definitely go back. Good value for 3 bedrooms.

America's cup resort

The property was quite basic but provided everything we needed at an affordable price. It was situated perfectly for us as it was close to the Port and the metro was very handy. Pierre was very helpful right from the start when I first made enquiries and then again when we booked in. Overall we were very happy with our accommodation.

Great family stay

Property was great for a family stay. Convenient central location. Property manager, Cassia and owner Pierre were very accommodating for early check-in and late check out due to flight/train arrival/departure times which we very much appreciated.

Lovely Spanish Getaway

Spacious property with 3 large bedrooms. Well situated with easy access to public transportation, coffee shops and immersion into Barcelona culture. I would highly recommend this property.

A wonderful stay in the heart of the city.

My family and I spent 4 days in this lovely apartment. Located close to everything it was a wonderful home away from home while we experienced the city. Great food is located on the street just below as well as a few small food shops for snacks and water and quick ice cream before bed. We would definitely stay here again.

Great neighborhood

This VBRO was in a great location and also had a nice breakfast diner in the same building. Also close to a taxi stop and had an elevator. I would recommend again!

Prima appartement

Net appartement met 3 slaapkamers, waarvan 1 met een douche. De bedden zijn wel aan de kleine kant. Locatie is prima, de wijk is niet bijzonder, maar je loopt zo de stad in en anders zijn er 2 metrostations op loopafstand. Geen luxe appartement, maar alle basisvoorzieningen zijn aanwezig. De airco werkt goed en is in de zomer ook echt nodig. Beneden een leuk café met goede koffie.

Home Away From Home

From the original inquiry to our last goodbye, our host, Pierre, was so accommodating and reassuring regarding all of our arrangements. Payments were a breeze through the VRBO app. Upon our arrival in Barcelona, Cassia made herself available for anything we needed while we were there. We were a group of 9, including an infant and a teenager, and the apartment was PERFECT for our needs. It was an easy walk to a gazillion restaurant options, 24-hr. convenience markets, transportation, parks, the marina/beach, and attractions. The apartment was very comfortably appointed with enough space for all of us. We spent a lot of time people watching on the balcony in the late evenings before dinner. The only issue we had was not as much hot water as we are used to but we simply took shorter showers (better for the environment). I HIGHLY recommed this VRBO rental. I just hope you won't be renting it when we want come back!

Property was good property. It was our first time to Barcelona. The property was within walking distance to great places, like the harbor & La Rambla. We would’ve preferred to stay in La Rambla for our 1st visit to Barcelona. The host was super nice & responsive to all our questions.

Convenient location

The location was excellent, convenient to move around Barcelona, Very close to the metro. The apartment was spacious, clean, and the kitchen had all the basics to cook simple meals. Our hosts were attentive and kind. overall great place to stay for our family.

Close to the Ramblas and Cruise port!

Our family of 8 was very comfortable. The cruise port is very close as well as the Ramblas. The building has a good restaurant, where we ate three times during our stay. The best thing are the people: Pierre was always available to answer any questions and Cassia, who met us at the apartment was excellent. Also the Gothic Quarter is walking distance from the apartment and in my opinion that is one of the best places to visit in Barcelona.

Logement très agréable et bien placé. Nous étions 8 personnes (4 adultes et 4 enfants) et le logement a répondu à nos attentes. La communication avec le gérant était excellente. Pour faire simple, je recommande vivement.
