Welcome to my home!

Nearby vibrant Sheperd's Bush and Hammersmith, you'll find my home tucked in a safe, quiet street off the main road.

The apartment has a living space with a large floor-to-ceiling window that lets in tons of natural light to help brighten the area. So unwind and relax over the sofa while catching up on your favourite shows. A small dining area and an open kitchen kitted out with all the essentials to help whip up home-cooked meals. Step outside when the weather permits and the skies are blue and enjoy a cuppa on the private terrace.

Down a flight of stairs, you'll find a cossetting bedroom on the ground level. It's fitted with a king-size bed lined in hotel-quality linens and plenty of built-in storage to tuck away your items. The bathroom has everything to help freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries.

Cleaning and sanitisation will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Enjoy your stay!

On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Hammersmith is an artsy riverside area, home to eclectic productions at the Lyric Theatre and rock shows at the Apollo concert hall. Busy shops and cafes line King Street and fill the Kings Mall, while trendy gastropubs contrast with historic drinking dens like the Dove. Leafy walking trails wind along the River Thames, spanned by the landmark Hammersmith Bridge. The annual university boat race draws crowds.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
