The house is lagoon front on 2 sides and overlooks the open Bay! It is a social house, fun, fun, fun as well as tranquil and relaxing! Even when you're inside, you feel as though you are with the action happening outside. Heated pool, hot tub, gas fire-pit and plenty of dock space for your own boat or visitors. 5 bedrooms, 3 bath with outdoor shower. The Master Bedroom suite is on the second floor overlooking the Bay. The kitchen is situated just steps from the pool area making entertaining simple and easy. Outdoor speakers placed through out the yard space allows for music enjoyment. The house is equipped with Sonos for music and 5 flat screen TV's, cable, wifi, central air conditioning. The washer and dryer are located in the garage, just off the kitchen area as well as a second refrigerator for additional food and beverages.

We had a wonderful stay and absolutely loved this home. It was beautiful, spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed and more. We vacation in LBI often and have rented many homes over the years, and this was our favorite by far. Kathy was a great host, and we truly appreciated the care put into the home. We would absolutely love to stay again!

LBI Vacation

My family and my two dogs had the best week at 40 Lighthouse Way. The owners are great people. We loved the pool, hot tub, and the sunsets were incredible. The bedrooms were great for all of us. The house is very comfortable and welcoming. We are definitely planning on going back next year.

The check-in process was simple and easy, my communications with the owner were also easy. The house was perfect for me and my family and the sunset every night was a bonus. The pool is amazing but if you prefer the beach it is just a quick walk away! I would absolutely recommend this property to a friend. Overall great experience - thank you!

Magical location and home!!! Our 11yr old son enjoyed fishing right from the dock and the beach is a very short walk. The owners were amazing and responsive. We look forward to returning next summer!!!
