Villa Perina is a traditional stone house, just renovated with a modern and elegant interior that shows the simple beauty of a traditional Croatian stone house with a modern approach. It is positioned on a private, fully fenced 240 sqm lot and offers a fully air-conditioned interior of 118 sqm, covered with free WiFi. There is a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor (your private, traditional konoba), a living room and a fully equipped kitchen on the first floor, and two fully air-conditioned bedrooms on the second floor where you have 2 queens and 1 king size bed, each bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a shower. You have an opportunity to enjoy the unique and unspoiled environment surrounded by old houses, a charming church, and a local restaurant/konoba just around the corner (pre-order needed).

Here is a detailed description of your accommodation:
* The OUTDOOR offers a private heated swimming pool 7,2m x 3,5m, please note that the pool water temperature, even with heating, can be affected by weather conditions and seasons. Therefore, specific pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed, a fully fenced sun deck area with 6 deck chairs, and a covered outdoor dining area for 6 people. There is a bathroom with a shower, washing machine and a dryer.
* The GROUND floor (36sqm) offers an indoor summer kitchen with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay (microwave oven, a dishwasher, filter coffee maker, Nespresso, fridge with ice maker and cold water, a toaster...) there is a traditional Barbecue (woods/charcoals) + an electric grill, a dining table for 8 people, Air-condition, a TV, and a stepper machine if prefer to do some exercise.
* The FIRST floor (37sqm) is approached by an outdoor staircase and there you have a stylish living room with A/C, TV, sofa, a fully equipped kitchen with a table for 6, A/C, and a separate toilet.
* The SECOND floor offers a Bedroom NO1 (19sqm) with a queen size bed 160cm x 200cm, and an additional queen-size bed 160cm x 200cm at the gallery, air-conditioning, a TV, and en-suite bathroom with a shower (+3sqm). A Bedroom NO2 (13sqm) with a king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, air-conditioning, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower (+3sqm).

Villa Perina is located in Tugare village and surrounded by beautiful nature and with many hiking trails where you can enjoy the unspoiled village views and if you climb up the hill, you will be treated to amazing sea views. It is located in the hinterland of the Mediterranean town Omiš (10km from the villa) with its famous sandy beach, and Cetina River with many activity options like rafting, zip-line, and free climbing. The car is recommended as the nearest Mini Market is 1,6km, bar, and pizza place too, and the nearest restaurant is Palacio in Naklice 4,9km (or you can order a traditional dish in the konoba just around the corner. The famous town Split with its great history and attractions are only 25min drive away (20km), and the nearest highway entrance is in Blato na Cetini (23km), and the closest airport is Split`s airport 40km far.

The whole property is fully fenced, and there are 2 parking places on the private plot.
