This apartment stands out mainly for its fantastic location, 100 meters from Praia do Túnel in downtown Albufeira.

Its location is ideal for those who want to enjoy the traditional flavors of the region, beach and entertainment.



With capacity for 6 people, this apartment consists of two bedrooms, living room and kitchen, bathroom with shower cabin and a balcony with barbecue. Going up the stairs you will find another terrace and a bathroom with a shower that you can use to cool off if you want to sunbathe.



Bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two double beds, both with storage furniture and window.



In the living room you will find a sofa, a table with two chairs and a television.



The kitchenette is equipped with the following appliances, electric cooker with 4 hotplates, fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and Continente capsule coffee machine.



Large balcony with a dining table and barbecue and on the terrace you will find chairs and a bathroom with a washing machine.

Baixa de Albufeira has a cosmopolitan atmosphere, where you can enjoy a whole range of services aimed at tourism, restaurants, bars, terraces, nightclubs, handicrafts and all other activities aimed at the sector.



Praia dos Pescadores and Praia do Túnel are two of the most charismatic beaches in the municipality, both supervised and with the blue flag. They have restaurants, bars and their concessions provide, upon reservation and payment, awnings and sunbeds to enjoy the famous Algarve sun. They also have a Floating Water Park in the sea where you can have fun with its slides and water sports.



The apartment is delivered with sheets applied to the beds, face and bath towels for each guest.



Reservations made through Sales Channels and the VRBO group are subject to our confirmation.



We do not accept reservations from people under 18 years old. Reservations for people aged between 18 and 25 will be asked for a deposit of €300, which will be returned after checking the good condition of the apartment. If anything is damaged, the cost of its repair or replacement will be deducted from the deposit.
