The condo was clean on arrival but is showing some signs of wear and tear. Not enough to detract from our stay though. There are only a few spoons provided in the kitchen but probably 20 forks. One of the closet doors was very hard to open. Some of the patio furniture is worn out. During peak season, the elevators had a hard time keeping up with the demand. Overall we enjoyed the complex and all it has to offer for kids. Our view of the beach was great too.

Great Place

This place was so impressive. Big rooms and plenty of bathrooms for everyone. Good views too. We had a group of 11 and it was more than we expected! Would 10/10 recommend!! I would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful place!!!

To have 12 people in one condo could be a bit much but this was so roomy we all had a great time. Everything about the condo was nice including the view. We loved the lazy river as well. We’re already talking about planning a trip to the same building again next year.

Excellent for my Family

We went for 4 nights in April, the highs were in the upper 70’s. The outside pool and the ocean were cool but the kids loved it. It was very pleasant. The condo and the whole property was very nice. I highly recommend.

Annual family trip

We had an amazing trip. Love the convenience of the Oasis. Grandkids love the slide and the lazy river. The condo was the perfect size for our family, very spacious. The only complaint I have is the kitchen could be a little more stocked, the cabinets were pretty bare. We have stayed in other condos that were fully stocked.

Vaca 2024

I love my overall stay. The check in was was simple and the staff were very accommodating . The Gulf Beach front was beautiful. The Phoenix West II The Oasis' unit was very spacious and gorgeous. The activities were awesome. My family and I rated our stay as one of the best vacations ever.
