Beautifully designed two bedroom modern condo nestled in the heart of Bridgeland. Steps away from Calgary’s downtown, famous 17th Ave and up and coming East Village. Close to bistros, restaurants, bars, shopping boutiques, green space and more. 10 min walk to Train Station and Bus stop is around the corner. Amenities include; secure underground parking, in suite laundry, dishwasher, patio, BBQ.
If it’s comfortable living away from home you seek in Calgary’s top rated community, look no further.

The space

You will enjoy a comfortable stay in a 2-bedroom and 1-bathroom upscale open concept apartment. If you enjoy being on a quiet residential street just steps from Downtown (800m) and the Bow River (600m), then you are in luck! The space is perfect for groups of up to 4, however can accommodate groups up to 6 as long as people #5 and #6 are ok sleeping on couches (not sofa-beds, but they are wide couches). The two bedrooms each have a plush queen bed for your comfort. The open concept, high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows only add to the beauty of the space. There is an over sized patio that is surrounded by beautiful landscaping, but let's not forget the BBQ that is available for your use! Full access to Netflix for a night in and wireless keyboard and mouse at your disposal.

If you happen to be in town for Stampede, the grounds are only 1.8km away!

Guests will enjoy access to the entire condo and have their own private entrance.

This was the absolute most filthy and poor smelling, terribly appointed condo that I’ve ever been in. There was garbage left in the cupboard, all the glasses were filthy, the toilet was broken , the underground parking access was broken ans needed 2 people to access which was impossible. Street parking was unavailable and only for 2 hours if available. The beds were terrifyingly gross and the pillows were horrifyingly used and dirty. The floors were filthy and there was a film of grease and hair everywhere. We had to leave and find alternate accommodation. The access to the property was unavailable at agreed check in time and we had to wait over an hour. communication was terrible and the owner expected us to stay with a broken toilet that ran loudly and he expected us to shut off the water valve between uses. I kindly requested a full refund. The owner refuses to communicate with me. I request a full refund. This property is not as described in any way. We were extremely inconvenienced and he offered zero assistance. No basic kitchen amenities like wine glasses and the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. It was very smelly and there were gross food crumbs all over the floors and chairs. We took many photos to prove this horror show. Please advise when I will receive my refund. We had to go stay at a hotel. We left the property within 20 minutes of arrival and all the owner said was other people stayed with no problems. I guess they didn’t need to park or use the restroom.

The place was perfect for our weekend stay in Calgary! It was clean and very nice! It had everything you need to make your weekend stay great. We stayed in town for Calgary Comic Expo, and the apartment was in the perfect location. Very quiet and the owner was very helpful and quick to respond!

Needs attention

We just finished a 30 day stay at this place. The condo is situated in a great location. We found the condo itself however not to be what is described on VRBO as 'upscale'. The place appears tired with many things in disrepair and/or damaged, such as furniture. The host did get three things repaired in our first week but other things like having a fob to access the underground parking was never resolved and we often had to park on the street. Communication with host was always good & respectful. We just feel we didn't get bang for our buck.

Stampede stay

Great location close to downtown and the Stampede. We needed a place to stay as we were in town for some meetings and wanted to take in the Stampede. Perfect location. Walked back from the Stampede grounds and easy to get to to come and go.

Had clear communication with owner and great instructions on what to do. Would recommend if staying in Calgary and want to be close to downtown.

We were amazed by the location of this condo near the river, downtown, zoo an easy walk to so many spots. We loved the location on a dead end road against the green space. The condo was well maintained and spacious with the added bonus of the underground parking. Will definitely recommend to friends and family
