This newer style five bedroom four bathroom house is full of all kinds of upgrades from Dimmer switches and Roku SmartTv's in every room, No Cable. A friendly reminder, the Owner has multiple streaming apps on multiple TVS however to ensure you are ALL SET WITH YOUR STREAMING PREFERENCES, BRINGING YOUR OWN STREAMING STICK IS ENCOURAGED. leaf fans to a full granite top wet bar in bonus room. Unlike other rentals this family home has Nik Nacs that you would expect at your own home like spices ,towels , beach chairs ,coolers , Bluetooth speakers etc. Located on Landis between 51st and 52nd St. you are walking distance to all bars and restaurants in town and 1 block to café la Fontana and Fratelli's wood fire pizza , two tremendous restaurants. From our location you are app. six houses away which leaves you roughly 1 minute in walking distance to the beach. The blocks are shorter at this part of the island. You even enjoy a small Oceanview between houses from the deck. The island in general is small and narrow which making walking to ocean , bay, fishing ,dining , bars and entertainment all very easy and from this location you'll be able to park your car and walk wherever you desire.

Beach vacation with family

The location was great! It was close to the beach, restaurants and shops. The communication with the Property Manager and Owner were also very good. Plenty of rooms and space for our family. We really enjoyed the outdoor decks.

Great week!

Two families stayed here for the week - great location, close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Very helpful and detailed communication from the property manager - also responsive with a question or two while we were staying there. Easy and early check-in, house was clean and ready to go! Highly recommend.

Engagement Party Celebration

I cannot imagine a better location than one on Landis Avenue - it’s a quick walk to the bars (ie OD, Shenanigans), food (ie Mrs. Brizzles & La Fortuna), and the grocery store. It’s the place to be. The landlord and property manager were true gentlemen. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The main freezer and refrigerator in the kitchen did not work at all and was totally useless. Food could not be stored in the refrigerator or freezer. We contacted the owner and he told us to simply keep the door to the freezer opened and everything would reset. When we explained that would not work, he said that we could have all of our money back and simply leave. When I described how that would ruin our vacation, his response was that “he did not care”.

Wonderful sea isle townhouse

This clean and up to date townhouse was an easy walk to the beach and plenty of sea isle restaurants and shops! Mark, the property manager, was very helpful and responsive both before and during our stay. We loved using the two porches - one fully in the shade all day and the other a fun outdoor dining space. Thanks for a great week!

Great location!@

Overall it was great. The location was just perfect and there were a lot of extras available to us! Beach chairs, bikes etc. The house was beautiful! Lots of room for everyone. Sadly, what little ocean view there once was is now blocked by new construction. A few issues... we could not locate either an iron or a toaster- both of which we were looking to use. We were a little mis informed about linens. We knew we had to bring sheets... but we were told there would be some towels. Unfortunately there were none, not even dish towels or hand towels for the bathrooms. We made do by buying a bunch of paper towels. We would rent here again!

Awesome family vacation

This home is as advertised, large, clean and it was great to be able to use their bikes and beach chairs. Mark ( the property manager) was very accommodating and just a really nice person. I hope to be back next summer.

Nice home!!

The house was well maintained and perfectly located in regards to the beach, restaurants and stores. Our hosts graciously shared the use of their bikes and beach equipment. With 10 of us in the house there was plenty of room for us to roam about as well as having enough bathrooms to accommodate everyone. The outdoor shower was perfect for cleaning off after a day at the beach. It was easy to work in the kitchen and prepare a few meals for our whole gang! Having a washer and dryer was a great convenience as well. The property manager was extremely helpful with his timely correspondence. Our stay was the perfect way to wrap up our 2018 summer season in Sea Isle!

Location, amenities, comfort, clean!

We had a great couple of weeks in a beautiful (well decorated) home. There was plenty of room, areas for both the kids to hang out separate from where the adults were. But there was plenty of space when we were all together as well. People watching at night was great too! Thanks for sharing your home.

Close to the beach!!

We had a great time in Sea Isle! The house was plenty big as family and friends came and went! We enjoyed the large entertaining room upstairs. The two decks was ideal! Only 1 1/2 blocks to the beach with several restaurants within a block of the house made it very convenient! Bikes were provided which we really enjoyed riding everywhere as opposed to driving and having to find parking. We would consider staying here again!

Great experience

I've been renting in Sea Isle for 35 years and this property is the best. Open Vaulted Ceiling 3rd fl. open Kitchen , Dining & Living Rm. out to Deck. Great Kitchen Cab w/ granite Tops , Long Dining Table and Beautiful Furniture through out. Well maintained and clean. Nice owner who offered the use of his Bikes, Beach Chairs etc. My In-law stopped over who owns in sea isle and said it was the best shore house he ever seen. My niece is renting next summer & I'm doing the same. This was a great experience that I will never forget. Thank You Marty Sincerely Lou De

Perfect house for a quick beach getaway.

My husband and I came down with our 2 kids and their two friends. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to have privacy. The house was very clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was great when it was super hot. We mostly enjoyed hanging out on the balconies and going to the beach. The beach is a 5 minute walk and we were able to use the beach chairs provided. We brought cruiser bikes with us which we kept in the garage. There is a wonderful boardwalk to ride bikes and run. Every morning, we rode bikes and then stopped at the bagel / pastry shop on the corner. There are great restaurants just one block over as well. The house was well appointed and we will definitely be coming back. The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with.
