Spend your vacation this summer at the Jersey Shore, in a gorgeous 3 Floor, 4 Bedroom, 4 Bath Condominium on a beach block in the heart of Sea Isle City, NJ!
This home has two master bedroom (king bed) suites each with their own private bathroom. The uppermost master suite is on the private 3rd level along with a large outdoor deck area with seating for 4+ and view of the ocean. There are two additional bedrooms: One with two twin beds and one with a pyramid twin over full sized bed and a crib. The bedroom with twin beds has a small balcony that also overlooks the shared courtyard. The courtyard is open to all residents to relax and is a great place for kids to play while their parents relax on the balconies.
The large living room features a sleeper sofa, seating for 6 and a large smart TV. The adjacent open dining area has seating for 8. The kitchen features granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances. There is also a full bathroom and laundry area with washer and dryer on this level. The parking area has one assigned parking space for the Unit, and there is ample street parking in the area.
As a courtesy, 6 beach tags are provided and children under 12 may use the beaches for free. Ideally located on a beach block in the heart of Sea Isle City with a short walk to the beach, restaurants and nightlife in the center of town, playgrounds, mini golf, shopping and much more!

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights
Any linens or towels used should be washed, dried and put back where they were taken from. Do not leave anything in the washer or dryer.
Empty all trash and recycling from all rooms.
Clean and dry any dishes, cutlery or glasses and put them back in the cabinets where they were taken from. Do not leave anything in the sink.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All rentals during summer must be Saturday to Saturday, full week rentals. Multiple weeks are also permitted.
No beach carts, bikes, etc. are permitted upstairs or in the elevators. Leave all these and other beach items downstairs in the storage locker.
Wash off sand downstairs using hose on the east side along 44th street behind trash shed. Please do not wash off using the courtyard hose.

This beach house was very spacious with 4 bedrooms. One block from the beach was super easy and amazing. My son repeatedly told me that he expects to return to this location next year.

Wonderful Vacation

This rental was wonderful for our family. The set up works great with 4 full bathrooms and 3 levels. The master suite is on the 3rd floor with a private balcony and allows some peace and quiet when needed! The location of this unit is excellent. Walking distance to beach, downtown, Pickleball, basketball, playground. Last, you can go to bars and restaurants and walk home. An excellent value and clean, comfortable home.

Wonderful Week in Sea Isle City, NJ

We had a great time. The place was perfect for our group of 7. With 4 bathrooms, we always had access. It was 1 block to the beach. It was an easy walk to bayside restaurants and JFK Blvd. A hose was just outside the garage to rinse off. AC worked great. Comfortable beds. The locker had lots of beach goodies that made our daily trips to the beach so much easier, comfortable, and fun.

Great location!

The location of the condo is perfect! Close to easy beach access with public restrooms right at the beach entrance. Easy to walk to restaurants. The condo is nice. When we arrived, there were still dishes on the counter from the previous guests as well as a dryer full of laundry. One of the bathrooms had dirty towels left from the previous tenants. Not the fault of the owner but made you question cleanliness. Location of bedrooms and bathrooms is great! Beds were not real comfortable but were fine for a short stay. Had an issue with ants in the kitchen but bought some ant traps which seemed to take care of the issue. I think its fairly common for a beach area. Was great that the host supplied beach tags! Very appreciated and nice to have some outdoor storage for our beach gear.

Great place at a great location

As first time visitors to Sea Isle we were looking for a nice accomodation that was centrally located and this unit couldn't have been better! Spacious unit with 4 full bathrooms, full kitchen, very clean and no problems. My kids loved the mini air hockey table! So close to the beach, the access at 44th has a ramp to easily get a beach cart up to the promenade. The beach locker was convient in the garage area and having the reserved parking was great.

Great Jersey Shore Experience

Christopher was a great host who made check-in and check-out very easy. The property is so close to the beach and to the public bathroom. We enjoyed the promenade and especially loved that we had a crib for our little one.

Perfect location and perfect place

The check in process was simple and fast. The place felt like home from the moment we stepped inside. The 3 stories and 4 CLEAN bathrooms were the perfect amount of space to enjoy getting away with family but still have enough room to be comfortable. Being a short block from the beach made it even more perfect.

This was such a wonderful place to stay in Sea Isle! Great location and the space was perfect. Our group was 5 adults and we had plenty of space. The property was super clean and all of the bedrooms were beautiful.

Perfect family vacation home

This property was exactly as described. The location to the beach couldn't have been any better. The house met all of our needs and expectations. It provided plenty of space to spread out with 5 adults and 3 children. I would definitely recommend this home and hope to be able to stay here again myself! The owner was also very friendly and responsive!

Great location, plenty of space

This was the perfect house and location for our family of 8. Four full bathrooms, very spacious bedrooms, large kitchen with all amenities, and beautiful living room. The balconies are an added bonus. We walked to all the restaurants and bars. Getting in the condo with a code is far easier than using an old school key. Christopher was easy to communicate with. If you have a large group, 8-10, I would suggest staying here. Cheers!

This was my family’s first year in Sea Isle City, and we had an amazing time. The condo was immaculate, spacious, and conveniently located with the beach in walking distance. The house was wonderful. The four bedrooms and four full bathrooms were great for our family of eight. It was nice being so close to the beach and other amenities. It was a little tricky with the only one parking spot, but there are lots of places to park a couple streets over. I would definitely rent this house again.

Fabulous beach home

We loved staying at this place. It’s located centrally, less than a block from the beach and promenade and only a couple blocks to the center of town where there are lots of shops, restaurants and bars. It was very clean and was built with high end finishes. It’s a perfect spot to take walks from. The 4 bedrooms (one with a crib!) and 4 full baths made it perfect for our vacation with 3 families and our young kids. There’s also two small decks (one from which you can catch the sunsets and see the ocean!) and shared outdoor courtyard space that was nicely shaded in the evenings for the kids to play. The kitchen was fully stocked and made it easy to cook. We loved having laundry on the first floor as well as a little area to store our beach stuff in the garage. We feel like we found a gem in our favorite shore town.

What an amazing condo

We can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay! Condo was immaculate, well stocked with everything you would need: glasses, wine glasses, all the cooking and kitchen items you would need. Perfect location steps from the beach and promanade! Owners were super responsive and we would totally rent again.
