The place was perfectly clean when we arrived. The location is just right for us. A block from the beach. A short walk up to the promenade and the center of town. We've spent a week in July at this place for several years now. We must love it. We keep coming back!

We had a wonderful time. The place was perfect for our group and the location couldn’t have been any better. The home owner was so great responding to any questions or concerns throughout our stay, promptly. So sad for the time to end but great memories made!

This beach house was very spacious with 4 bedrooms. One block from the beach was super easy and amazing. My son repeatedly told me that he expects to return to this location next year.

Wonderful Vacation

This rental was wonderful for our family. The set up works great with 4 full bathrooms and 3 levels. The master suite is on the 3rd floor with a private balcony and allows some peace and quiet when needed! The location of this unit is excellent. Walking distance to beach, downtown, Pickleball, basketball, playground. Last, you can go to bars and restaurants and walk home. An excellent value and clean, comfortable home.

Wonderful Week in Sea Isle City, NJ

We had a great time. The place was perfect for our group of 7. With 4 bathrooms, we always had access. It was 1 block to the beach. It was an easy walk to bayside restaurants and JFK Blvd. A hose was just outside the garage to rinse off. AC worked great. Comfortable beds. The locker had lots of beach goodies that made our daily trips to the beach so much easier, comfortable, and fun.

Great location!

The location of the condo is perfect! Close to easy beach access with public restrooms right at the beach entrance. Easy to walk to restaurants. The condo is nice. When we arrived, there were still dishes on the counter from the previous guests as well as a dryer full of laundry. One of the bathrooms had dirty towels left from the previous tenants. Not the fault of the owner but made you question cleanliness. Location of bedrooms and bathrooms is great! Beds were not real comfortable but were fine for a short stay. Had an issue with ants in the kitchen but bought some ant traps which seemed to take care of the issue. I think its fairly common for a beach area. Was great that the host supplied beach tags! Very appreciated and nice to have some outdoor storage for our beach gear.

We enjoyed this place to wrap up the summer. The laundry was nice to have for our beach towels. Location is great because it’s close to the beach and the majority of the bars and small businesses.

When we arrived we had no issues with access, The photos show the rooms pretty accurately. There was toilet paper, extra hand towels, shower towels and sheets if you needed them. All the bedrooms had extra blankets also which was great. The third floor bedroom has the HVAC unit located in a closet. Which makes that room cooler than all the other rooms. Owner mentions to keep that bedroom door open, definitely do this. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and lots of plates and bowls for larger families. Living room was big enough to play games and watch TV. Washer and dryer is great to have onsite also. My only complaint was that the bed matresses weren't the best. They seemed dated, the springs were loud and not terrrible but not the best comfort wise. There is a outdoor storage closet for beach items. It's kind of small and the owner had several chairs, beach toys and umbrellas which your allowed to use in there already. No outdoor showers but a hose behind the building for rinsing sandy feet before heading upstairs. This is a standard shore town rental. You need to bring all your own supplies, shampoo, conditioner, soap. paper towels, food seasonings, sheet and pillow coverings, ect,

Great location, close to the beach! The condo has a dedicated parking spot and space available for beach items outside, which made check-in and going in and out during the week easy. Prompt communication from the host about any questions. Similar to other shore towns need to bring your own linens, towels, personal toiletries but all other home items were provided. Very nice having so many rooms and bathrooms!

Great place at a great location

As first time visitors to Sea Isle we were looking for a nice accomodation that was centrally located and this unit couldn't have been better! Spacious unit with 4 full bathrooms, full kitchen, very clean and no problems. My kids loved the mini air hockey table! So close to the beach, the access at 44th has a ramp to easily get a beach cart up to the promenade. The beach locker was convient in the garage area and having the reserved parking was great.

Great Jersey Shore Experience

Christopher was a great host who made check-in and check-out very easy. The property is so close to the beach and to the public bathroom. We enjoyed the promenade and especially loved that we had a crib for our little one.

Perfect location and perfect place

The check in process was simple and fast. The place felt like home from the moment we stepped inside. The 3 stories and 4 CLEAN bathrooms were the perfect amount of space to enjoy getting away with family but still have enough room to be comfortable. Being a short block from the beach made it even more perfect.

Perfect family vacation home

This property was exactly as described. The location to the beach couldn't have been any better. The house met all of our needs and expectations. It provided plenty of space to spread out with 5 adults and 3 children. I would definitely recommend this home and hope to be able to stay here again myself! The owner was also very friendly and responsive!
