Summary:

Perfect for a great holiday or business trip! A comfortably sized apartment for 1 or 2 people only 5 minutes walk from the square. Featuring a good sized kitchenette with a full-size fridge, a dining table, entertainment area with a large couch plus a double bed (140 cm). The appartment has an en suite-shower and toilet and airconditioning. On the mezzanine floor is an office area + wardrobe for clothes. Outside the apartment is a shared patio area and at the back of the house a garden and BBQ.



The Space:

The apartment is a roomy 35m2 plus another 10m2 on the mezannine floor. The apartment contains a double bed (140cm), a kitchenette with gas hob, microwave oven and fullsize refrigerator. There is a small dining table, sofa and a smartTV with YOU TUBE and APPS for your Netflix ++ subscriptions or HDMI connection to your computer. Streaming is possible with the house WIFI. On the mezannine is a desk suitable for office work. Outside the apartment is a 30m2 roofed patio with a hammock. Access to the 500m2 garden with riverview, tables and BBQ is via the garage. Here, next to the river, you can cook, picnic, eat, drink, read and totally chill in either the sun or the shade.



Guest Access:

The apartment is located on the first floor, up a flight of steps. Outside the apartment is a large roofed patio with a hammock.



The Neighborhood:

Only 5 minutes walk to the centre of town and close to the railway station. Only minutes away from the river Aude where you can walk the pathways along the banks. Parking on the street is often available, otherwise the is lots of parking by the river.



Getting Around:

The train runs to Carcassone several times a day and costs 1€! In the other direction, occassional buses travel to Alet-les-Bains, Couiza, Espéraza and Quillan. Car hire is available in Limoux from several companies (check with the Limoux Tourist Center) It is safest booked in advance of your stay.



Other Things to Note:

Clothes washing is available at the laundromat 200m from the appartment.
