A lovely place to stay with amazing views. Local amenities were good, with plenty to do for all ages. The house is a perfect size for all , with different age groups being able to have their own space but still be included in the larger group
We had a lovely time celebrating my parents golden anniversary. The hot tub has the most amazing view! Great space for all the family. Everyone enjoyed the weekend together. Thanks.
Lovely property. Great space for a large group. Well equipped. Internal doors could do with some oil. Very creaky especially when young children sleeping. Would recommend for large family gathering. We were celebrating a 90th birthday and had a lovely time.
Property was lovely, just as per the pictures
Stunnig view and great amenities.
Our only issue was that the WiFi password given on the instructions was incorrect and the host never responded to messages for clarifications during our weekend.
Which is only a minor thing in the grand scheme. We had a wonderful time overall.
Fabulous view. Rooms worked well for us. Enjoyed the hot tub! Nice meal out at the Anchor Inn at Tintern Abbey - takes dogs. Lovely walks in the local area and very friendly people. However a few things that need sorting out. Heating needs fixing. Some radiators did not work at all and the house felt cold most of the time which was more difficult for our eldest in his late 80s. Also the kitchen could do with some more kit - no lemon squeezer, no sieve or collander, no trays to carry food to dining area, no washing up brush, not enough dishwasher tablets, oven took a long time to cook. And 2 of the bathroom doors were difficult to close. We'd definitely come back if these are fixed.

Dear Suzie and Ian
Many thanks for all your feedback, it is always helpful to hear from guests about ways in which we can improve the quality of your stay.
It is a shame that you did not find some of the equipment that is in the kitchen, eg. the colander is in the cupboard and extra dishwasher tablets are under the sink. We have since bought a lemon squeezer.
It was especially disappointing to hear that you found the house cold, as we always try to leave the house cosy and warm for guests. The heating controls are in the house, so guests have control over what temperature is best for them.
We will review our instructions as to where things are kept and how the heating works.
I appreciate that the kitchen radiator was not working, however, as soon as you told us we brought an additional heater to you and I hope that helped.
Thanks again for your feedback and for taking the time to write the review.
