The space
Downstairs;

As you step through the front door, you’ll be welcomed into a spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area, designed for both comfort and style. At its heart, a grand farmhouse-style dining table invites you to gather and enjoy memorable meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances (including a wine cooler), ready to bring any culinary creation to life. And don’t forget to check the welcome basket—it’s our way of making you feel right at home!

As you head to the right and up the steps, you’ll find the lounge straight ahead. It features a pool table for a bit of friendly competition and a plush, oversized sofa perfect for relaxing.

BEDROOM 1 - Super king sized bed, with a wet room that has a bath tub and a waterfall shower from the ceiling. There is also a separate toilet.

BEDROOM 2 - King bed and bunk bed, with an ensuite shower room and toilet.

BEDROOM 3 - double bed

As you through the kitchen and into the hallway there is a utility room with a washer/dryer. Walk through the utility room and you are created with the snug. The sofa also turns into a sofa bed.

BEDROOM 4 - double bed

BEDROOM 5 - King bed

Bedroom 4 & 5 share a separate shower and toilet.


OUTSIDE;

Out through the lounge bifold doors step onto the decking and outdoor seating area which looks out onto the heated swimming pool - a perfect area for BBQ's!
Guest access
Guests have private use of the whole house, garden and pool. Please note the pool is shut down for the winter from 1st October - 1st March.

There is private parking at the house, with secured gates.

Guests do not have access to the shepherds hut. But can be an add on if more space is required. Please Note: a £350 refundable damage deposit will be taken via a stripe payment link 24 hours prior to your stay.
