This is an amazing third floor cozy, artsy and stylish apartment in the heart of Barcelona, with1 bedroom surrounded by 5 balconies providing amazing light in the apartment all day.
Outside the views are amazing: Big trees that fill up the room with green tint.
Inside you have a spacious living room with lots of natural light, high Catalan traditional ceilings and natural wooden floors. Separated bedroom with high quality mattress and closet.
It has designer furniture, books, plants, super fast WIFI (600 mbps), A/C, heaters and a projector where you can watch Netflix or listen music.
You will find a pistachio Smeg fridge, danish couch, a lot of plants, a library full of books and a 2.2m table with six chairs to eat or work.
We provide Italian Coffee machine, Microwave, cutlery, plates and glasses, closet to store clothes, washer machine and dryer.
The neighbourhood is vibrant, cosmopolitan, with trendy cafes, restaurants, and bars. You can walk to Boqueria Market, MACBA, the Liceu Grand Theatre, Gaudí Museum and Center for Contemporary Culture. 2 minutes walk to Gothic Quarter, 5 minutes walk to the Port Vell and to Plaza Catalunya.
One of the best Gym in the city is only 1 minute walk from the apartment.
Legendary restaurants like Cañete or Marsella are in the same street, as well as the Filmoteca de Cataluña.
Everywhere is a walking distance. You’ll reach the beach in 10 minutes walk, gothic quarter in 2 minutes walk, Ramblas even less. Bars and restaurants around. There are plenty of public transport options and few parkings around. Bicing is the city electric and traditional bike option available for residents and there are plenty of stations around.
