wonderful stay

it was so nice to be met by a host to check us in and show us the features of the apartment. really great location in a nice neighborhood near Parc Guell and near the metro to get into the city center. we would love to come back and stay here again to further explore Barcelona!

Great view

Nice apartment, comfortable and clean. Small kitchen. We especially enjoyed the sundeck with view, although it would have been even better with two lounge chairs. The water heater was a problem, and we had to do a reset every time we wanted hot water. Nonetheless, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful VIEW not easy to get too

You go through another business to rent this, but they were very helpful and met us there. It was not easy to get to as it's on a hill and on 5th floor. The Metro does get there but then you have to walk (walk over the bridge). Once you get there, it's BEAUTIFUL view. Air conditioning was great! Nice and clean. Helpful to have a washing machine too.

Great Neighborhood Getaway

Relaxing time at the property. Check in was smooth with a personal welcome. We enjoyed the neighborhood environment with easy access to the metro and easy walk to local cafes. My favorite, the balcony and walking to Parc Güell!

Not the best stay

Location was perfect for us and the apartment was nice however 2 days without hot water- no Kettle and a moldy shower curtain was not a good thing

Beautiful patio

I had a very nice stay and loved the view from the patio. My check-in was delayed by over an hour because the agent was not able to locate the keys, which was unfortunate, but once she arrived, she was very pleasant and helpful.

Quiet flat away from busy city life

We were looking for a stay away from the noise and busy-ness of the city centre, and Park Guell flat was perfect. Less than ten min walk to the metro, and bus 22 can get one about one minute away. Grocery shopping was close, and sufficient to allow us to cook in the flat. Not so many restaurants near, but Diagonal and Lesseps metro stops have plenty of choices. We walked to Park Guell, which will be much easier when the new escalator is completed. The flat has a good bed, great shower, fast internet, comfy couches and of course a fabulous deck area. The kitchen is tiny so don't plan elaborate meals. Overall a fine stay with a stunning view to enjoy with a glass of wine.

Parc Güell Apartment

Apart from some smaller inconviences and imperfections we enjoyed our stay at Parc Güell very much and are looking forward for another stay at this apartment next year. One thing we would have liked improved: the awning could need some protection against rain. During our stay we had only one shower at night, and that resulted in waterfalls coming down from the awning at the next morning, even though the awning was drawn in for the night. Lovely view

Great balcony with a great view. Apartment is spare but perfectly fine. Great little gourmet store next to the supermarket around the corner with quality cured meats and great cheese - find it. Nice, chill neighborhood. Would happily stay here again.

Top floor apartment in great location

The apartment is on the top floor of a quiet building with lovely views of the city. It’s beside a Metro station that takes you to Las Ramblas in a 15mins easily and also right beside Parc Guell. The facilities are excellent and there’s a supermarket one minute away. I’d a series of flight delays coming to Barcelona but Ezequiel met me at the apartment and he was very gracious in showing me around and patient with the delays. Highly recommend this apartment if staying for a few days.

Beautiful Apartment in Barcelona

We loved our stay at this flat - the balcony was beautiful and the neighborhood was quiet - especially compared to the more touristy areas of Barcelona. I was easy to find walkable sites and restaurants and for ventures further out, the subway was a few blocks away! Highly recommend

Lovely Apartment with Balcony near Vallcarca

This was a great base for us for a week in February, close enough on Metro or foot but in an interesting residential neighborhood. Highly recommended.

Loved that view!

The location is quiet and only walking distance to the L3 metro line with just a few stops to busy Grarcia, Passeig de Gracia and Catalunya. The terrace is fabulous with views to the sea, Monjuic, across the city with the spires of La Sagrada Familia and up to Park Guell. The apartment is on the top floor of a small block and though older style, ii is comfortable and clean. The bedroom was often hot but its overhead fan and the livingroom aircon helped to cool it. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Amazing views, helpful hosts

The terrace makes this place excellent. Views of Tibidabo to the right and over the city to the Med on the left. Plenty of space in the apartment. Maria and Eve are extremely helpful, as was Mateo who checked me in and was available for questions.
