Stylish villa with private pool and outdoor gym

This luxury four bedroom villa is located in the prestigious La Cala golf resort, in La Cala de Mijas. Villa Abisko benefits from an infinity pool (Heating available certain months of the year), with a smaller children's or lounge pool, an outdoor gym, shower room and kitchen/BBQ area. The villa has everything you could need during your stay and more. Approximately 7km will take you to the coast and town of La Cala, where you can enjoy an abundance of shops, bars and restaurants. The golf and club house is 3km away.



The front terrace area is furnished with a dining area seating up to ten people, a lounge seating area, hanging seats and large lounge beanbags. In the Bali house you can enjoy use of the outdoor gym. This terrace also offers the use of the outdoor kitchen with a gas BBQ and just around the corner is the shower room. Step down one level and you can enjoy the pool area. The infinity pool separates into a smaller lounge pool or children's pool. There are sun loungers and parasols and on the lower level garden is a boules court. Pool towels are provided.

The villa is arranged over two levels and is tastefully furnished to a very high standard, with great attention to detail. On entering the villa into the large atrium, you will find the open plan living spaces, all leading out onto the terrace. The windowed walls give the villa a light and airy feel throughout. The lounge area is furnished with a large comfortable sofa and a 75¨smart TV. The dining area can seat up to eight people. The fully equipped kitchen has a large kitchen island with bar stools and there is a separate utility room, with washing and drying machines. Filtered drinking water is also available through the kitchen tap.



The master bedroom suite is located on the first floor, furnished with a four poster bed and a walk in wardrobe. The luxury bathroom is fitted with glass walls, so you can enjoy the beautiful views as you relax in the free standing bath or large walk in shower. Step out onto the large terrace from the bedroom, with stunning countryside and sea views. Here you will find the day bed and lounge sofas. The large open space on this terrace would make an ideal place for yoga classes. The three further bedrooms are located on the ground floor. The second and third bedrooms are furnished with super king size beds and have direct access onto the front terrace. The fourth bedroom is a twin room. Each bedroom benefits from fitted wardrobes and an ensuite shower room. The fourth bedroom ensuite can also be accessed as a guest shower room from the bedroom hallway. On request, all bedrooms have the option to have super king of twin beds.
