As you step inside you're welcomed by a spacious open-plan living area, adorned with original Victorian sash windows that bathe the room in natural light.

The fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern Siemens appliances and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, it ensures your every need is met.

The bedroom located on the mezzanine level, contains a king size bed, there is also a king size sofa bed for additional guests in the main living area.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee and may lead to legal action

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you.
