Good recent stay

Lovely apartment in complex with a pool. Clean and had everything we needed. 15-20 min walk into the town.Air con only in living room, so bedrooms very hot despite fans when 30 degrees outside.

You have to climb over broken concret steps to get into the building, then climb 2 flights of soaking wet slippery steps to get in the apartment.Very loud road noise all night long. Rain came through the patio door and soaked the livingroom carpet.Very poorly designed shower.Also ants. We ended up leaving 5 days early with no refund to move to a better place.

Thank you for your feedback. We were genuinely surprised to read many of these comments, as none of these issues were reported to us during your two-week stay. The only requests we received from You were for a replacement TV remote and assistance finding a channel to watch the Olympics. Your stay coincided with a once a decade Storm so unusually severe weather in the region, which unfortunately can affect balcony of palm leaves clogged the drain. That said, had any concerns been raised during your stay, we would have acted immediately to investigate and resolve them. We take guest experience, maintenance, and cleanliness very seriously, and we always encourage guests to contact us in real time so we can assist without delay. As outlined in the booking terms agreed at reservation, early departure does not qualify for a refund. We remain committed to providing a high standard of accommodation and support to all our guests.
